Custom Order Policy

1. 50% Order deposit is placed to begin production for a custom order. If the customer wishes to cancel the custom order mid way through the production, the deposit cannot be refunded as all costs of the order production has been incurred. 

2. Production and delivery lead times is our best estimate of the order placed. In the unlikely case that the custom order does exceed a total of 14 weeks from date of deposit, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund of the deposit.

3. Our 7 day money back guarantee applies to custom orders only to the extent of defective or damaged products. The customer cannot return a custom order based on any preference related claims as it is a custom product and cannot be sold to another customer.
