7 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all purchases made from RoveConcepts.com
After receiving the goods, if for any reason you are not satisfied, return them in their original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 calendar days for a full refund of goods. Items returned with damages can only be issued a partial refund of 30-50% of original purchase price depending on the extent of the damage.
All we ask is that you share the delivery costs with us 50/50. These are unavoidable charges from the carrier and for us to absorb them we would have to play safe and put up our prices. We pride our ability to minimize costs and keep prices low and think this way is the most fair for everyone.
Our 7 Day Guarantee carries the following conditions:
- Customer must contact us and provide clear pictures and/or video of the product deficiency within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Return shipment must be in for the carriers within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from receipt.
- Customer must return the item(s) in original package or pay for any packaging costs on their own accord.
- If customer incurs charges for return shipment, full order amount will be credited after receiving the return and inspection shows product to be in original condition with all accessories.
- If customer requests Rove Concepts pay for the return shipment, full order amount less shipping cost will be credited after receiving the return and inspection shows product to be in original condition with all accessories.
- Orders canceled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 7 Day Guarantee.
- Rove Concepts reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
Damage Free Delivery
Rove Concepts does everything to ensure the items are packaged securely. If packaging appears damaged at time of delivery, you must do the following:
- Take clear pictures of the damaged packaging while the driver is still present.
- Take the product out of the packaging with the driver present and inspect for damages.
- If there is damage to the product that you are unwilling to accept, you must tell the driver you reject the delivery due to damage during shipping.
- Send our customer care team all the pictures and details of the damage. We will process the shipping claim and arrange for re-delivery stock permitting.
- All damage not noted with the driver present cannot be claimed.
- Once the replacement arrives, we ask that you dispose the damaged item in anyway you see fit.
Concealed Damages or Minor Deficiency
If you find damage that could not be identified at time of delivery, and the damage is minimal in nature and in a concealed area (underneath the chair, behind a cushion for example), we will provide a 5% blemish credit on that item upon provision of clear pictures and/or videos of the damage. If the minor deficiency is deemed to require repair by our customer team review, we will provide a 10% minor deficiency credit on that item to cover local repair cost.
Rove Concepts warranty covers all parts on furniture from issues our service team reviews to arise from normal everyday usage. The warranty covers replacement parts. The customer is responsible for delivery charges for the replacement part(s). This applies to all order starting in March 2013. All previous order still retains the 1 year warranty.
