Why buy from Rove Concepts?

At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

They mailed my requested swatches in 2 days and compared to every other company out there that was impressive! The whole website and company is amazing, I dont even know where to start. From the options to the ability to view your choices in a 3D design scene, Rove Concepts has made choosing furniture so easy! The 3D Scene helped me and my partner be able to view what the furniture pieces would look like together. I also have to mention I ordered a couch and mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address and customer service helped me even after hours. They are truly amazing. Highly recommend.
