Hungarian-born Marcel Breuer (1902-1981) was an influential leader of International Style, creating many iconic products and over 300 buildings. Breuer took advantage of the newest technology to make durable, practical and stunning designs. He is most well-known for crafting the Laccio Table and Wassily Chair which uses steel frames instead of popular wooden materials of the time.
