If your order is in stock at time of order, we will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. It may take a little longer to ship certain items even if they are in stock. 5 days is the longest to ship an instock item. Once shipped from our warehouse, all orders are delivered to you within 5-7 business days.  Please check the "Availability" on every item page for further info.

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days after it ships from the warehouse.  A tracking number will be sent to your email in which you can track for a more accurate delivery date.  Please don't hesitate to call, email or use our live chat for more information on your items where abouts.

Your credit card will be charged after checkout for all items that are listed in stock.  We manage a very accurate stock system and in most cases should not have a problem.  We will NOT charge your credit card if your item is not in stock.  Feel free to call us and check on availability of items before placing your order.

The type of leather used depends on the item. On our featured flagship products we  only use 100% Full Grain Aniline Italian Leather, the real thing.  Aniline dyed leather comes with various names depending on the manufacturer or the furniture company. You may come across names like Premium Aniline, Naked Aniline, Aniline full grain, or true Aniline, they’re all the same. Aniline is leather that has been dyed all the way through. It has no artificial top polyurethane layer or anything stamped or applied to its surface.

Yes our main customers are from Canada and United States.  The shipping rates will auto calculate for all of North America.  If you are outside of North America, please contact us directly for shipping rates and a special order form.

Yes most items are fully custmoizable, please refer to our custom orders page to begin your special order.

The colors that we list on each item page are just popular choice.  If a popular color is sold out or you would like your furniture in a different color or material, simply visit our custom order page for more details.
