Custom Order

Is the item you want not in stock? No worries! Our custom order system allows you to select any product you see in our catalogue and pick a color for that item. Simply click through the quick selection steps, confirm your order with a 50% deposit, and a custom order will be generated for your order to begin production! Once your order is ready for shipping, we will notify you to complete the purchase with the remaining 50% payment plus shipping fees. Please see our custom order timeline chart below for more details.

If there is a color/fabric/material you don't find available for your product, please don't hesitate to contact us. Similarly, if you are interested in a design that does not appear on our site, contact us to find out if we carry it.

Step 2 - Production and Delivery Timeline

Below is an outline of the estimated time of you receiving your furniture and/or assessories.

1. Ordering
After we have received your order and deposit, your order will be sent to one of our overseas manufacturers

2. Production
The production process begins after examining the order in each factory, . Our quality control managers follow all steps to ensure that the product is made to your specifications and that they meet our strict quality requirements.

3. Shipping to Canada
After the product is presented and approved by our quality control managers, the custom order is then loaded into a container and will set sail to Canada

4. Final Inspection
When the container with the product you have ordered will arrive in Canada, your product will be re-examined by our quality inspectors. When approved it will immediately be processed and made ready for transport with our freight partners here in North America

5. Delivery
You can conveniently track the delivery directly from home. We will send you a tracking number via email when your product has been transferred from our warehouse to the courier service.
