Rove Concepts customer service is phenomenal. During the process of selecting my sectional their support helped me feel comfortable with purchase. When I inquired about the fabric swatch samples were sent to me within a week. When I made the purchase I had an online chat with a representative who walked me through every detail concerning shipping, delivery and returns.

Great experience so far. On Black Friday the mobile app had a bug with a custom piece at check out but everything else worked beautifully. It was clear and easy. I would want to see at least the two wood colors available for the chair I ordered on the product page but otherwise it has been great so far.

Being able to have a live chat with a Rove customer representative was probably one of the best features available. The employee I spoke to, Jessica, was super helpful and patient with all my questions. The site was also very easy to navigate. I’ve previously bought a dining table from Rove and that purchase also went very smoothly. Overall no complaints! Just glad that Rove is in Vancouver and it’s another great furniture option out there that provides great products and customer service!

I recently purchased two items witb Rove Concepts within a 24 hour period but then realized I was paying much more in moving costs because the orders hadn’t been grouped together. I contacted their online help and someone immediately told me they would look into the issue to see if the orders could be merged. She didn’t promise anything, but she was very helpful considering the other workers were done for the weekend. I appreciated her looking into my case.
