Millie and Jessica were both very helpful with my fabric/color swatches and with my order. The only complaint I have is that a tracking number wasn't available for the fabric/color swatches. I didn't receive my first set of swatches and I couldn't track the package to see where it had gone.

I opted for warehouse pickup - the instructions were clear and once again I appreciated being given the contact details of a “real” person should I have any questions. Overall very positive so far! The shopping process was very easy and products are very attractive with all Instagram posts. The booking itself with promo code is smooth and very little steps. Tracking number to be assigned once processed. By reading delivery options, it is clear that you must be at entrance door to receive delivery and track it if you didn’t choose the white gloves option. I called service assistance once to ask questions, the lady and the online chat were efficient and pleasant. I am waiting for the shipment to evaluate the rest of my experience and possibly buy another product.
Beautiful low media consoles
I have been looking at the media consoles for a while and debating back and forth. I loved three of them I couldn't decide which one to get. The 15% discount made my decision easier and I was excited to see I also got a local discount. I haven't received the item yet but I look forward to having it set up with white glove service in my home.

Consistent, reliable service
Easy to navigate website, straightforward checkout process. Pre-ordered an item that will be in stock in late December - I have done similarly for other items and their estimated dates for when the items arrive to the warehouse have so far been very accurate. Scheduling delivery under their flat rate shipping has also been fairly simple and I have not experienced any major delays. Looking forward to receiving the item in Dec/Jan!

Favorite design furniture website
The Rove concept website is beautiful and easy to navigate. The only hard thing is to pick something among their beautiful selection! Ordering is seamless and if you’re unsure about a color/material they send you free swatches very fast. I can’t wait to receive everything I ordered. The costumer service is also very prompt, knowledgeable & great at answering all questions. I only wish shipping was less expensive.
