For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit. For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

I am in love with my marble side table! The quality is fantastic as beyond what I expected. My only advice is to use a coaster for a beverage. I was reminded how porous marble is and my drink left rings on the surface. I am so happy with my purchase. Was worth the price.

I recommend this company over any! If they have the product you want, USE them! I was so nervous ordering furniture online, but Rove made it so much less anxiety provoking. They mailed my requested swatches in 2 days and compared to every other company out there that was impressive! Then they followed up to see if I needed anything or had any questions regarding the swatches! The order was simple and the shipping was quick! The whole website and company is amazing, I dont even know where to start. From the options to the ability to view your choices in a 3D design scene, Rove Concepts has made choosing furniture so easy! The 3D Scene helped me and my partner be able to view what the furniture pieces would look like together.
