Eero Saarinen’s Tulip collection, consisting of a variety of tables and chairs, was an exercise in form that produced some of the most recognizable shapes in modern furniture design. The single stem eliminated Saarinen’s concern over the “slum of legs” that he considered many of the tables and chairs of his time to have.
This sculptured, organic design has been realized from a number of different materials over the last 50 years or so as technologies have changed, culminating in this aesthetically exact reproduction made from marble and glossy fiberglass. With its iconic stem resembling both the tulip and a wineglass, this luxurious unified piece inspires a sense of romance and class.
Available in a variety of sizes, Saarinen’s Tulip Table is able to adapt to any environment. Particularly when combined with Saarinen’s Tulip Chair, the Tulip table creates a clean, unified space in any home or office.
This Rove Concepts premium reproduction features:
- American walnut timber or white oak natural timber veneer top; powder coated aluminum base.
- This product uses First and Seconds (FAS) grade American Timber. FAS boards are certified to be only the best cuts from the log, and are sourced exclusively from the USA and Canada.

- True to original the base is made of cast Aluminum available in white or black
- Base is made of cast Aluminum and undergoes a 5 step powder coating process to create the best look possible and minimize chipping

I have trouble changing a lightbulb but found this easy to assemble for two people. We had an issue with the table top (there was a scape on the edge) and contacted customer service. They were very prompt and courteous in their reply and sent us a new table top immediately. The table base is very solid and heavy—and the top is beautiful. The cushions are a fine soft leather and fit perfect on the chairs.
