I don’t generally provide feedback about the process after I have bought something (and especially not positive feedback :-) but I just wanted to pass on my high regards from my dealings with Victor. I was interested in a Barcelona Daybed, but your web site only had a picture in Black and white, ( I was interested in Red). Victor looked through the records to find a photo and when it was not there called back and told me he would get me a photo. He then went in to the warehouse took photos and e-mailed them to me.

I was very impressed with his whole manner, but in particularly how quickly , efficiently and helpful he resolved my query.

p.s The result – I bought two of them
