Why buy from Rove Concepts?

At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

I bought the Milo modular sectional and with the member credit you get with your purchases, I was able to buy an additional add on piece. I bought the add on piece the left sided Milo piece to complete my set. In total I have 6 pieces. I chose the modern felt in malmo. I thought it was too light, but now after almost a month, it’s perfect. I had also purchased the large pouff in dark cobalt ( this shows every piece of lint, stray hair from pets anything that is in your air- it lands on this. So I’m glad I do not have anything dark!) The fabric has proved its worthiness up to now. Spilled coke - no trace, Dirty shoe- no trace- Kid eating pop tarts, popcorn and who knows what- it’s perfect! I had already performed my own swatch stain test prior to deciding on the fabric. This fabric and color passed with smeared in ketchup, mustard and mud. Shipping was perfect, on time, no delays, no bumps or bruises. upper back on.” My husband is 5’10, I am 5’2” and neither one of us can sit and lean back, it’s too short. You have to LAY down if you want your head on something. Next, although this is a “2” on Rove’s softness score. I am not sure what their standard is. ( I’m going to guess concrete.) The Milo isn’t a soft, sink in, squishy couch. It’s very firm. Don’t think about running and jumping to sit down, you might bounce. Customer service says this should soften up over the year. The back cushions are very soft and very comfortable. The couch is very sharp looking and you don’t have to worry about fluffing or straightening the cushions- they retain their shape, well!
