For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit. For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.
We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Super comfortable lounger. I love how it's not too wide so we can get some extra seating in our relatively small space. The pillow is surprisingly useful as well! And if you don't like it you can fold it backwards or I guess even cut it off.
Here's to hoping the aluminum and mesh make it through our winters and summers just fine!

I purchased 5 of these lounge chairs in Black andf love the look. The head pillows are a great addition and the water just rolls off them after rain. No need for extra pliiows as they are very comfortable. 2 came in damaged and then one of the replacements were also damaged, but customer service took care of them with no fuss.Deducted 1 star for that reason.

The sexiest outdoor lounge chair ever! We love our loungers. Long, lean and comfortable these loungers are so easy to move around to catch sun or shade. We bought two black ones and then can get a bit hot in the sun but a little spritz of water and they are ready to enjoy.

They mailed my requested swatches in 2 days and compared to every other company out there that was impressive! The whole website and company is amazing, I dont even know where to start. From the options to the ability to view your choices in a 3D design scene, Rove Concepts has made choosing furniture so easy! The 3D Scene helped me and my partner be able to view what the furniture pieces would look like together. I also have to mention I ordered a couch and mistakenly put in the wrong shipping address and customer service helped me even after hours. They are truly amazing. Highly recommend.
