Great products at a reasonable price. Room for improvement on the quality side but for the price you pay you can't really expect more. Service is a bit slow but always available. We had numerous issues with shipping but a credit was offered.

They haven't responded to any of my emails. i was only able to get one email and they told me my chair was on the way , and still nothing They gave me a tracking number but it doesn’t belong to any shipping company .so i decided to cancel the oeder i have been trying to reach customer service for refund & return i went on i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight Four Five seven Nine five Three zero nine Nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service

I initially called in to inquire if there was a showroom/storefront I could visit to test out the couch before purchasing. The individual I spoke to was very helpful. He gave me descriptions of how the sofas at head office felt and also provided other suggestions that were similar to the style I wanted. All my questions were answered so I felt comfortable to make the purchase! Can't wait to try, all the products look amazing.
