We ordered 3 Aubrey stools. They looked and felt amazing. Upon further inspection, we found a small cut in the leather on one of the stools. Rove was hard to verbally contact but once I got into a chat on line things went smoothly. Great customer service and contact from that point. They sent a new stool . No problem. Thanks so much!

Wish my damaged product was handled better by the claims team just was offer 35% off a damaged product I got from delivery.

Received wrong size item but the customer service was able to fixed it by shipping the correct one. Overall the quality of the item is great. We love it.

I have bought a Ophelia bed, milo modular sectional and few Hunter night stands from rove concepts and the quality of the furniture have been consistently excellent. I would highly recommend roveconcepts.com to anyone who is worried about the quality when buying online cause what you get looks better than the pictures. I also recommend getting the membership as it will pay itself off pretty quickly and you can also get extra vouchers through the membership when offered. The products were packaged exceptionally but keep in mind that it could be pretty heavy due to that. I do wish the shipping cost were low or if there were a flat shipping rate for items above $X. Overall excellent experience.

Our order was divided in two but our first shipment was sent and we are very happy with the chairs. They are beautifully made. We are still awaiting the second shipment. It wasn't too clear on how to communicate with the company when one order was backordered and that would be the reason for only 4 stars.

Overall great experience. However, pictures of the furniture (dining chairs) did not show various colours. Wish they changed according to the colour option or other option to compare. But they only showed a couple of options and for the rest of options such as color of the upholstery and the wood choices, I had to guess myself.

Hayley at the Melrose, Los Angeles location was very informative and helpful. She gave us lots of insights regarding different sofas we were eyeing during our appointment. She also gave helpful tips on different fabrics and was very knowledgeable about Rove Concepts. Although the location was very small, she also took the time to recommend other products that was featured online.
