A Great Start For A New Customer
I recently had the opportunity to interact with Rove Concepts (RC) as I had some questions regarding product, inventory, and delivery. I was very happy with the prompt and polite service. I decided to pull the trigger and join up as a member for a year. This was mainly to take advantage of the 20% discount off a product already on sale. The net result was that the membership more than paid for itself.
I then realized I'd made an error in the shipping and that I could save even more by picking up my product at the Canadian warehouse. Once again RC was very fast and easy to deal with. My order was changed and the savings in shipping costs almost immediately posted to my account.
I mean, what's not to love about my experience so far? A great website, beautiful products, excellent customer service. What a great way to start off a customer relationship!
I look forward to shopping at RC again soon.

Not sure if the pandemic or the economic crisis but ordering furniture has been so difficult. But not with Rove! They had what I wanted in stock and it arrived within a fortnight. It was so nice to have a bed on which to sleep. Thanks Rove!

The customer services answered my questions properly. The only cons is that the waiting time is too long, it took about 10 mins for the first reply in person.

Jessica at Rove was awesome! I called just to get a handle on where my furniture was at and she was so empathetic and understanding. I was like “it’s just furniture” but she said she would call and get all the details on it and give me an ETA. She responded shortly with all the info and wrote me a detailed email.
Even better, I had a question on another order I placed and she was able to get everything fixed and taken care of right away!!

I ordered these chairs on Sunday night; at that time I e-mailed you that it showed the shipping address as mine, but in directions I had given another address for delivery. Wanted to be sure that was noticed. I had not heard back on Monday, so called, was on hold for few minutes, and then told to leave a message. This is now Tuesday and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Really good experience-knowledgeable Representative great excellent service all round I ordered my chairs on August 24th and I have not received them. You charged me for them. This was a Birthday present for my husband.they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I can't access the order or the website from the email, i have been trying to reach customer service for refund & return i went on i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight four five seven nine five Three zero nine nine - I contacted them when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that got my money back thanks for great service They have Customer service is great!I found it easy to raise this issue with staff and my enquiry has been dealt with.

I found the chair I like but expensive After going through checkout I was very surprised by the shipping cost. I think 300$ shipping is very expensive for two chairs. I also don’t know when the chairs will arrive which is concerning.

Beautiful design, but...
Beautiful design, but a lot, lot lower profile than we thought. We've grown to like it since it allows guests seated behind the Porter to have an unobstructed view of our TV. Also, the chaise is fairly light weight, so if you sit between it and the main sofa, the two easily separate. Star taken off for them not including some sort of bracket to keep the two pieces together; even IKEA does that for you at a fraction of the cost.
5-Star Customer Service
I spoke with different customer service representatives on two different occasions and both of them were super friendly, well informed, and got me what I needed while I was on the phone with them. One even got up and walked around the office to look at a finish color for me! I'm excited for my furniture, not excited that it is 20 weeks until delivery.
Products are good but too easy to broke during shipping
I've purchase the bed, the wide dresser, and a pair of nightstands.
For the bed and the dresser, everything looks perfect and beautiful, except for the bed is a little difficult to be assembled;
But for the nightstands, I've got a broken one shipped to me, and the replacement of it was also broken. I am now waiting for my second replacement of it, I'll see how this one goes.
