Overall good experience placing order…
Overall good experience placing order over the phone. Reason for 4 star review instead of 5 is because I was charged for rural delivery despite living in a city centre. Also, a promo code for 20% off became available a couple days after placing my order, I hope Rove will honour the additional discount on my order.

Great product; dodgy shipping and delivery
Great product with a straightforward check out process. The product was as described (and even nicer in person). The only reason this wasn’t 5-stars is the completely disconnected way shipping works; Rove has no say and does nothing to help you with this. After my order, I received and email from a company, which I was never told to expect. It took several weeks to get my delivery scheduled. The delivery guy was awesome, his schedulers not so much. I recommend Rove be more transparent about the delivery of their products.
Repeat customer
This is my second time shopping with Rove. The quality of their products is outstanding, especially for the price point. I love my warren coffee table and tulip side table from 3 years ago and can’t wait for my tulip side chairs to arrive.
Overall process
Selection and checkout process - 5 stars. Everything was smooth.
Delivery - 3 stars - When I was checking out I used standard delivery and the note about one person delivering was not indicated explicitly and so the driver came with the boxes and left it in the garage.
Customer Service - 2 stars - Called about exchanging one piece of the modular piece with another and I was told I had to find a freight carrier to ship the product back and that there is no exchange process. I think as an online retailer dealing with furniture with no retail location, this is incredibly frustrating as most of us are not equipped to source freight carriers. It would make more sense to use your logistical connections to allow us to exchange the product or return the product. The real issue in this is that if it was a defect with the product, you would take care of it by arranging a return shipment and so why not extend that service to return and charge me for it. I am stuck with a piece that I cannot use.
Product quality - 4.5 stars (we have had it only for 1 week). I would suggest that for the sectionals, you provide some sort of brackets to connect the pieces so they do not move around.
I love my Soren nightstands
I love my Soren nightstands! They are so solid (surprisingly heavy and sturdy) and the soft close drawers work beautifully. I love the simple, clean design. I also got the Soren bed and they all look great together. I had an issue with the initial delivery that was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Great customer service!

I was trying to set up a trade account. It took so long to establish, after I sent in all my stuff, that i went on line and bought the item during a sale. I hope my next experience will be better.
My experience with Rove was decent
My experience with Rove was decent. The estimated delivery time was 8-14 weeks from my order, and it took just about the full 14 weeks. I absolutely love the couch and chair I got, however the couch has some quality issues. The fabric looks a little lumpy and I constantly have to smooth it out each time I sit on it, which is a bit of a bummer for a brand new, expensive couch. I’m hoping it doesn’t look worse over time. I did contact customer service about the issue and they said it may just take time for the down filling to fluff out more, so we will see. I wish the pieces came with some sort of insurance or warranty.

Really happy with the quality of the…
Really happy with the quality of the coffee table that I ordered. My wife and I have been trying to decide on a coffee table for about 5 years and this really fit our needs perfectly. Placing our order was easy, I received a call from the delivery company to arrange my delivery and everything went particularly smoothly, and I can't wait to make my next purchase for a TV unit.
My only small criticism would be that shipping is not cheap. I understand why because they ship using a more boutique courier company, but wonder for smaller items (like a coffee table) if there would be a cheaper alternative through Fedex or UPS.
Overall, incredibly happy with my experience and will absolutely be buying from Rove Concepts again. Thanks!
Looks great, spotty quality
I purchased the Lars dining table and it arrived damaged in one corner which showed that the lacquer layer is quite thin. Rove sent a replacement table top but there's either a quality control issue or something because this top doesn't not fully match and fit with the legs we have. I have sent a note out to customer service about this as well as photos showing the issue. Overall look of table is great but am taking 2 stars off for the quality management.

Beautiful items, slightly smaller than expected, get White Glove service for delivery!
The red velvet Noah Sectional is a beautiful color, although slightly smaller and firmer than I thought it would be.
The Truman media console is smaller / lower to the ground than I expected (and very small drawers) although it's neat that you can pick which side the white upper section goes onto, I didn't know that was customizable.
They are both very stunning pieces, would have loved if there was an AR feature to see the items in my apt the way Amazon has!
Lastly, I didn't realize that the items do not come assembled, so unfortunately I didn't plan around that and they sat packaged for over a week and then the packaging was insanely hard to dispose of because of how giant it all was. Highly recommend getting the White Glove service here!
