I placed an order assuming I had properly selected the option to add the $100 membership and apply the 20% discount on the same order - but the order confirmation and my account does not show any indication of an active membership, so I’m confused about what I payed for. Also the ticker for the flash sale appears to have traveled back in time as I was expecting it to expire while ago, and is now show more time remaining than a few days ago!? This is my first order here and I’m hoping customer service can help me out, still waiting on a response

I can't wait to get my new bed! Rove has unique modern furniture, and I love the option to choose which fabric / color to match the colors and decor in my own home. Sarah

I ordered two couches and two lounges on April 25. Estimate arrival at the warehouse is between June 22 and July 2 ... plus 10 business day for delivery. I hope I will get them sooner than mid July. We live in Toronto and summer is kind of short!

Very happy with my bedroom set purchase. I was skeptical to place an online order with Rove Concepts without seeing the furniture in person and after reading some very mixed reviews online. After not finding what I wanted else where I decided to bite the bullet and take a risk. I am very glad I did. The products arrived as expected and were very well packaged. I am still trying to throw away styrofoam... The there was a couple holes in the packages and I was concerned that the items would be damaged but there were in excellent condition. The set up for the bedframe was a little time consuming but the package came with all the tools and parts needed. The products are very study and look as pictured. Will definitely order from Rove again and would recommend them to others.

Ordering and delivery was super easy- schedulers were very flexible with our schedule (needed to hold delivery until we closed on our house which encountered a number of delays). Chairs were packaged beautifully- not a single complaint! They look gorgeous.

Overall experience so far seems great. Still awaiting shipment...

I had a great experience with Rove! They mailed me swatches of wood and fabrics, which helped me with my purchase decisions - I have a cat, so knowing what the fabric feels like (and if my cat "likes" it too) is very important. The purchase experience was very smooth, and I'm very pleased with the discount you get for being a member.

I am obsessed with Rove Concepts! Their website is easy to navigate and using the AR tool to see items in your room is very helpful in making decisions on what to buy. I ordered dining room chairs (Angelo) a few days ago and the process was super simple. I'm looking forward to welcoming them into my home. I know they will be perfect!
