Wait times are very long!
The only issue I had was with getting in contact with a customer service person. I needed to call several times over the week period and the wait times were extremely long. Once I reached an agent, she was great. Also note that it would be nice if this entire process could be quicker. 20 weeks is a very long time to wait on furniture.
Delivery longer than expected
Delivery was estimated to be 1 week and the first available delivery date is April 19th, order was placed on March 23rd.

Easy Experience
I had a great experience processing my purchase with Rove Concepts. I contacted support via chat to confirm the orientation of the sectional I was purchasing, and received a quick and courteous response without any wait time. I'm excited to receive my Dresden Sectional in the coming weeks!
