Very easy to deal with Rove when there are issues. Have bought from them before and plan on buying again.

Website is well managed. Photos are well taken with different colours and options popping up. Online platform was great and easy to go through! Looking forward to the new tables and chairs.

I love that Rove offers an annual membership that gives you incredible discounts and perks all year long! For a super reasonable fee, you can save a lot of money on gorgeous, high quality furniture. I can't wait to treat myself to all those items I've been eyeing for months!

Overall happy with the products I received. The general quality and aesthetic of the products are really nice. All items feel heavy duty and high quality. We will see how everything holds up over time as I just received them. My order was quite large; I ordered the Hunter Bed, Hunter Nightstands, Liza Coffee Table, Norman Counter Stools, and Dresden Modular Sectional. I experienced really long delays in shipping/receiving my products. Ordered Since July and received everything but 1 item in November. I imagine this is mostly due to covid slowing down their inventory though. The side table for the Dresden sectional I received arrived damaged (broken drawer mechanism, and cracked wood), I have already reached out to them hoping for a replacement on this soon. Also there is a dent/blemish on the corner of the frame for the Hunter Bed, likely caused from shipping damage, but is relatively small. The concierge service has already been fast to respond and copy me in emails when ever I contacted them.

We received the Nova Poufs. They are a great enhancement to the living area. The firmness of the Poufs also give a very comfortable sitting posture. We love the products at Rove Concepts and have recommended it to our neighbors and friends.

So far, so good! I love the style of Rove Concept products and just ordered a womb chair and ottoman. The communication has been great and organizing a pick up using their online booking system was easy. Love that pickup can happen at 7:00 a.m. and also on a Saturday.

I am excited about my purchase - and a bit apprehensive as well. We don’t usually spend this much money on 1 piece of furniture & not being able to sit in the Womb Chair (and ottoman) prior buying makes me nervous…. Hopefully we find it as comfortable as previously reviews have stated & the colour will be just right for our room!

Rove Concepts is a fantastic high-quality furniture store. Their website needs some work to be easier and faster in navigating but their products have been perfect.

The sofa I ordered is beautiful. Unfortunately the Liza table came in cracked two times so I just cancelled this item. It’s too fragile to be shipped. It’s a 300 pound table and unfortunately delivery people aren’t carful. The rest was great! And the service is fantastic.
