Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, Standard and White Glove will take an estimated 1-4 business days for processing and an estimated 1-3 weeks for transit in Canada and the US.

For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 14-20 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order lead times, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. White Glove service includes an in-home delivery appointment, up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

The nightstand is beautiful and heavy. Looks great in our master bedroom and compliments our bed frame. Love the soft close and the size of the nightstands. It arrived with a few Knicks in the rear bottom (which wasn't visible), but either way Rove customer service took care of it. This is our 3rd piece of Rove furniture and we are extremely happy and can't wait to get other items that we have in our wish list.

We bought the Eva Bed as well, which is amazing, and this item in the grey matched perfectly. It is a LARGE and DEEP nightstand. With a King sized Eva bed, it fits in perfectly. It might be a bit large for a queen, but that's just my opinion. We did have some minor quality issues with the nightstand, but the customer service team popped in to make it right. I thought the unit was going to be small until it arrived. We love them, they look great beside a King bed.
