My overall feedback is positive.  I am enjoying the chair, and we hope the chair lasts for a long time.

Here are my thoughts.

Firstly, the leather is great.  After a few "sits", there is already signs of the leather working in; especially the stress points between buttons.  I expect this to further as the chair gets older, which will only add to its classic look.  The leather also echoes your websites commentary relative softness, feel, etc.  Well done.

Secondly, the chair is extremely comfortable and solid.  I was not expecting the piece to mirror the Herman Miller in this respect.  Well done.

I am extremely happy to have  my Eames Lounger in my home.  I have already sat in the chair with my three month old son, and it just feels right.  Although, I am not sure he appreciates the piece's significance and how well it looks in our home.  I also hope he appreciates the $5000 savings.  I am sure that will come in time.
