Excellent customer service and furniture quality
I ordered the Marcus table and four DSW chairs. I was very impressed with the whole experience. During my purchasing process I had some help from a CS person who staged the chairs and table and took photos so that I could see how they would look together. Every time I've reached out with questions I've received a quick response. Additionally, when the items finally arrived they were exactly what I had hoped. Very sturdy and look fantastic. I have not seen the ordered items yet so hard to rate quality but it looks promising and the ordering process was straight forward. Estimated delivery time seems quite long considering these items are in stock.
Online purchase of furniture for delivery
Although we had no difficulty finding the product we wanted to purchase and were able to confirm the necessary details of size, material, construction and the like to insure the item was what we wanted, the website information about the delivery schedule was problematic.
The particular item we ordered was, according to the online data, available for immediate shipment, however, once the order was completed, invoiced and paid for the actual delivery date here in Victoria appears to be 'sometime' in May. For an order placed March 20 to purchase a product alleged to be 'in stock' and ready for shipment, this seems excessive.

Carrara Tulip Table
I purchased the carrara tulip table along with 4 molded, black wire chairs. Though the order took a while, it was worth the wait. The pieces came very well packaged, in fact the table came in a wood crate. The quality is top notch and nobody can tell they are reproductions. I am about to order additional furniture from Rove Concepts as a result of this experience.

Nice Chairs
We bought the Norman counter chairs in the natural Oak finish. The are sturdily constructed, nicely finished and great deal. They come very well packaged for cross continent shipping in assembled condition. The shipping charges were very reasonable and they arrived on time.
The only thing I did was snug up the 5 main screws per chair.
The price was fantastic. What's not to love?
Great TV stand
I am very happy with my purchase, the furniture itself is exactly what I was after. The delivery process wasn't that great though as they've pushed the delivery by a week...This is the 2nd time that I purchased from this company and the only down side for me is the shipping price which I found too high.
