I haven't actually seen my product in person yet, so that could change everything, but so far the experience has been easy and great. I love that ALL the dimensions were listed on the site and multiple views and videos to show if things are drawers or doors.

I haven't received the table yet, but so far my expereince is wonderful. Alyx send photos of the table we wanted with the chairs we wanted to see the wood grains.. arrives in a few weeks!!!

I love how easy it is to talk to a customer service person! Every time you get onto their website, a little window pops up to chat with a representative. I used that feature twice. AMAZING!
The price cannot be beat, but you also get what you pay for to a certain extent. The chair is comfortable, the fabric is soft, and the overall dimensions, shape, and legs are the closest I've found for a Womb Chair 'replica'. However, it sits much smaller than the real thing, the pillows are a little lopsided, and there's no welt at the seams, so the upholstery won't last as long as the original.
All that said, though, I'm very happy with my purchase. Someday maybe I'll be able to make the investment, but, for now, I love my knock-off. :)

Received my tulip dining table quickly and it is wonderful. Exceeded expectations. I also ordered a side table which the top was missing the holes. I immediatly received a replacement via FedEx. I have since placed an order for a Papa Chair and look forward to receiving it! Customer service is excellent.
