I bought some sales items, but when I tried to checkout, the site somehow doubled my order and wouldn't take the coupon. The online chat helped, although I never was able to get the coupon code to work. Maybe the sale order was TOO small!

I bought a DCW recently. Rove Concepts was helpful and responsive to my questions. The ordering process was easy. I'll update once I receive the chair.

We purchased 6 of the molded plastic with natural leg dining chairs online sight unseen and paid the shipping cross country. I was nervous, but they arrived within three business days and are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

This is the second purchase I've made from Rove. Good experience thus far - reasonable prices, good customer communications and quicker than expected delivery of goods.

I've had quite the roller coaster ride with 'ol Rove. I ordered the Tulip Side Table and Rove Lounge Chair w/ Ottoman together. Two beautiful pieces. Tulip table base came scratched. Notified Rove. After quite a bit of back and forth, they settled on offering to buy me a can of spray paint to paint it myself. So, being the industrious young man that I am, I took it upon myself to try and spray paint the base myself. It was a disaster but I accepted it for what it was. Then, I went to connect the marble top to my newly maimed base and it "popped" after sitting there for about 20 minutes. To my horror, the bolts pulled the threads out of the bottom of the base and took some marble with it. Asked Rove to please in future iterations include the torque limits so that wouldn't happen again. Obviously asked for a new table, too, considering mine lasted two weeks (including time before it was assembled). They shipped me a new one, but charged me $90.00 for shipping to send me something they should have just replaced at no cost to me. I disputed the charges and my credit card company sided with me. Fast-forward about 8 months later. A friend of mine is sitting in my Rove Lounge Chair and the side "popped" and completely ripped off. I immediately sent the images and accompanying story to Rove. Something must have changed with their service philosophy or I was marked in their system as "this guy is a pain" because they sent me a replacement lounger AND ottoman (even though the ottoman was fine) free of charge and in about a week. WOW! THAT was all I was hoping for with the tulip table situation. Rove's stuff is undeniably great looking. Craftsmanship is suspect given my experience--I want to call it bulletproof but how can I given my experiences? Two things I bought, two things that had to be replaced. They did right by me the last time I had an issue, but not the first time. These are the facts of MY specific situation, presented I think pretty objectively. Others may have a different experience or opinion.

We love the coffee table and it arrived without scratches or any breakage. We paid extra for the white glove delivery and the table was delivered on time, the unpacking was efficient and the clean up was fine. There was one problem - the table was not put together properly. If you look at your detailed measured drawings online you can see how the wood is placed under the longest dimension of the glass top. This was not done properly in our case and as a result the angle between the two wood parts was not correct either. After the delivery people left we were able to confirm their mistake, take the table apart and put it back together properly with no damage.. In my view, the delivery people seem not to have been adequately trained nor were they given any written or other instructions respecting how the table should be assembled - the assembly was actually done in our driveway and the table was then brought into the house. As a result we did not notice this problem until after the delivery crew left. Although we are happy with the product the additional cost for 'white glove' service ($348.00) seems excessive given the problems described above. Elizabeth King , Victoria BC , Canada
