Staff did not mention credit available to regularly priced furniture that could have been applied to this purchase. It was mentioned on their site and could have gone there at the time of sale. Noted after sale made. Just a bit miffed.

Went to the showroom of Vancouver and have been received very well. Didn't know that you would not be able to walk out the store with your new piece but needed to wait to receive or pick up at the warehouse. But it is fine, just need to be patient. Overall great experience

The showroom was very nice, although both pieces my friend and I went to see were not there so we were disappointed. The woman who (helped?) us at the front desk was not very helpful, sorry to say. She was pleasant enough but did not offer suggestions or help other than basic responses. I will go back and keep checking in online because I like the items.

The lamp looks okay, but I had to position the shade to hide the creases (which look like small bugs when lit). Also the shade cannot be tightened onto the ring around the bulb, so it is wobbly.

I had some issues placing the order on line so I called the company and they quickly and efficiently helped me. I talked to a person!

Emailed over the weekend with questions about seating and received a prompt response within 24 hours. All my questions were answered in precise and understandable ways.

I am very happy with what we purchased and thought the customer care person was very helpful. I also think that the cost of delivery and set up is much too high. Although we are paying it, it does take away a bit from the joy of the purchase.

They have very good services and the products are excellent quality.
