Took over a month for delivery and the screws that came in the box didn't fit the table. We had to go get our own. But now it's in the living room and looks lovely! A very beautiful piece.

I contacted Rove Concepts regarding the Trade Program and was kindly guided by the sales manager throughout my application and first purchase. The customer service was very professional and neat. I am waiting for my furniture to give it a 100 but so far would definitely buy there again.

The past three months I have been working on ordering my table and four chairs and everyone I talked with was so patient and kind which I truly appreciated. Keep up the great customer service.

I ordered a table from Rove. My interactions with Rove staff were very good. Each time I emailed or called in a question, they provided prompt, helpful, and courteous responses. When my table arrived w/o the hardware needed for assembly, I called and they immediately Fed Ex'ed me the parts - I had them in 2 days. The only reason I didn't give Rove 5 stars was that my table came w/o the hardware to begin with, and that it took longer than I expected to get here. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.

Great and easy website product layout

I loved reading about the history of the product I ordered, picturing the designer underneath is genius. I have not ordered anything from the company before, but look forward to looking for some lounge chairs for my library. The products appear to be of sound quality, I look forward to testing them out!

I purchased a modern dining table and it was delivered quickly. It turned out that the extension leaf was damaged. I provided a few photos of the damage and had a new extension leaf delivered within a week. Thank you
