Very nice selection of mid century modern furniture

Visit Rove's cute showroom where you can check out their great furniture! Excited to see our purchases in our new condo.

Just placed my second order with Rove. I purchased a lounge chair after reading wonderful reviews and the product lived up to it. I love my chair and the quality of the leather is top rate. I hate ordering reproductions but unfortunately the designer version is beyond my reach (yes that is a slight to Design Within Reach-they need to change the name).

We bought these online without seeing them in store first since we live out of town. Shipping was too expensive so we opted to pick them up in Vancouver which was a nice option. Overall we were lucky that when we got them home they fit well with our place, however only noticed after the fact how punitive Rove's return policy is. It's a real risk even if you decide to change your mind before picking the product up there is a restocking charge which I think is unfair. We all know how difficult it is to get things to match and sometimes you don't know until you get it home. We are happy with the product and are actaully looking at getting a second side table.

Great products and design, website purchasing experience full of errors and repeat steps. Nearly gave up but it was the only retailer that had what I was looking for at the right price point.

Compared to other furniture websites, I find Rove Concepts to be clean, fully detailed and easy to navigate. Its simple and direct descriptions and nice, large photos with multiple views of an object are incredibly helpful in decision making. Also, their customer service is prompt, courteous and informative.

My first experience with Rove concepts and I really appreciated helpfulness in ordering the warranty and confirmation of order in minutes. Hopefully the delivery and product are just as wonderful!

Tracking information showed product was in local delivery area but had not left Warehouse at origin. Was supposed to receive a call when local delivery was to be scheduled but they just showed up. Table was well packed BUT instructions were inaccurate AND marble table top was not properly sealed. Marble stained within a day and I have been struggling to get the stain out so I can seal the table top properly. Look of table is consistent with original Saarinen design. Marble slightly different color than original and a bit thinner but a very good reproduction.

The showroom desk clerks were very helpful at organizing various dates for furniture delivery and locations.

The online chat feature was excellent. The service was prompt. I think with smaller items like stools, one should not need to wait for 3 business days to retrieve stock from a 3rd party warehouse. For those of us not from the lower mainland, we are not likely staying in Vancouver for 3 days. It would be great to have stools and small items stocked in the actual store. People want a bricks and mortar experience and to be able to buy items in store. I understand that large couches and beds are not stocked in Vancouver, but side tables, coffee tables, and bar stools should be in-stock.

I spoke to Alyx right away and she helped me place my order. Everything came through quickly.
