Good so far.....
I have started a custom order with Rove. So far the process has been great. I have 2 pieces from a previous order (non-custom) which I love, so hopefully I will be just as happy with the others. I love their furniture. I have some reservations about purchasing reproduction items. I really love the Mid Century Modern Design. I simply can not afford the authentic items. Rove is a nice quality, and pricing is reasonable.
Helpful Customer Service
I recently purchased a dining table from Rove Concepts and before purchasing the table, I had several questions and the Customer Service rep was so helpful and quick to respond on the live chat channel. Great online shopping experience and wait to receive my table!
Chairs
I have not received the chairs yet but we have others from the company. Quality is good. The webiste and chat support are very helpfful. Shipping costs to US seem excessive.
Nervous about returns...
1) love the product offering
2) almost deterred by very high shipping cost ($199 for threshold!?!)
3) placed order anyway because couldn't find the product elsewhere
4) order didn't go through-- had to call and re-place with CS
5) read fine print in return policy. looks to be an enormous and expensive hassle if a return is needed. will likely keep me from purchasing again

Just ordered so this review should be considered in that light...
Website is informative — and the descriptions seem to be carefully written and hype-free — which gave me enough confidence to order even though I have had bad luck with furniture that I cannot sit before purchasing.
One frustration: As soon as I entered my order, I was returned to Rove's website where a new site banner announced additional 10% savings that expired one hour before I ordered (1:00 a.m. order / savings offer expired at midnight). Arrghh — I JUST missed out and it was like the banner was mocking me!
However, I’ve sent an email to Rover’s customer service pointing out that because of time difference my order from the east coast of the United States arrived “on time” at 10 p.m. on the west coast of Canada where Rove is located.
Waiting for a reply. Hope it results in receiving the savings bannered on the site. I will update this review (if I can) once I hear back from Rove.
Great online customer support
Just bought a dining table on Rove Concept and was a little hesitant because buying furniture online is risky and their return policy is not great because they require you to do the return shipping yourself. But their online chat support personnel was able to answer every single question I had promptly and made me feel comfortable to go ahead with the purchase. Haven't received the table yet but so far, a great customer experience!

Awesome Furniture!
Every staff we have dealt with was professional and heplful. The furniture is also amazing. Very trendy, and you pay a lot for the design, but its very worth it. Will definitely be looking to add a few pieces of the Kure collection to our place over the next couple years!
Smooth website, quality products
I enjoyed my experience shopping with Rove Concepts. I found their website easy to use and interactive, and I'm very happy with the four Eames chair replicas I purchased.
Helpful and Happy with purchase
Ordered the pavilion chair online. Have never been to actual store or seen the chair so basically purchasing sight unseen. Emily was very helpful and even took a picture of another chair to show me the color of the leather. Overall pleased. Shipping company, not so much. Took day off from work and they cancelled that morning. When I called to reschedule they were rude.
Quality Products
I'm normally hesitant to order anything online. But after first visiting the Rove Concept showroom, I am comfortable order any of their items. The quality is very good. I am quite happy with my purchase.
Quality Furniture
This is my second time purchasing from Rove and I hope the experience is as good as the last purchase. I ordered two side tables the first time around - 1 marble top was cracked but Rove replaced it immediately.
Love the egg chair!
I ordered the condo edition Egg Chair in red a month ago and absolutely love it! The color is great and it seems very well made.
Noguchi
Best quality reproduction of the Noguchi coffee table that I could find in Vancouver. The order took about 2 weeks to come in from Bellingham. Picked it up at Delta warehouse rather than paying the $200 delivery fee.
Oliver Side Storage Tables
I really love these end tables, I purchased two for either side of my couch. They seem very good quality although putting them together with limited instructions was a bit of a challenge.
The tray is removable but sits perfectly in place because it's magnetic! I'm not sure I'll ever use the tray because it's rather heavy.

canceled order
Ordered barcelona sofa knowing it had a 10-14 week lead time. Was charged the 50% deposit to only have the order canceled by them due "to quality reviews" 6 or 7 weeks into the order.
They refunded me and gave me a 10% store credit. (a free $252)!
Disappointed but glad I did not get the couch only to be disappointed so they did the right thing.
I am now finding other reproduction companies are out of stock when they had inventory weeks ago.
1st world problems.
