Rove Lounge Chair w Ottoman
Chair and Ottoman were perfectly packed and arrived on time. Very impressed with quality and materials of chair and ottoman. Choosing an Eames replica and trying to make sense of all the reviews online for the various companies selling them was a bit challenging. Went with Rove and have no regrets.
Excellent quality and fast delivery
One of the screw hole was very stubborn and won't fit the screw but does not effect use. Otherwise, I would revisit and purchase from Rove again. Fast delivery and the quality is above average. So far so good. Thanks!
Love the table, hate the logistics company they use for shipments
Table is very nice and looks good. Really dislike the experience with Ceva Logistics. They did not call me to set up appointment and showed up when I was not home. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone trying to reschedule. They did not show up on the rescheduled date. I spent another hour on the phone rescheduling the shipment. I was told that they would call me 30 minutes for delivery and I said that this was important as i would be down the street. They did not call until they were at what they thought was the drop off location but was not. I had to drive around a few blocks and find them to have them follow me back to my place. The box was banged up with holes, but luckily not damaged. they were not friendly or apologetic. I would buy again from Rove but only if they did not use Ceva. Check out Ceva's website and see that they have a terrible rating. Rove take note; your stuff is beautiful but people will not want to buy from you if you are using a subpar carrier. thanks

Great experience with this company. I had a few questions about the swatches I received and customer service was quite helpful. The chair was shipped in a reasonable time frame and the delivery company was easy to work with. Great overall experience!

Great Online Service. Great Products
I've purchased multiple items from Rove Concepts. Each time I'm impressed with how user-friendly their online store is. Plus, their customer "chat" service pops up immediately if you do need a little help or more information. However, the primary reason I continue to shop at Rove Concepts is the quality of their products. I did extensive research of other vendors offering similar products; customer reviews, product specifications, materials, faithfullness to the original designs, etc. before finally settling on Rove and I've not been disappointed yet.

Great store and service
Rove Concepts' Vancouver showroom is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The store is easy to find and the staff is very helpful - both in person and on the phone. I didn't find any issues ordering items from them. I think the showroom could be a little livelier though. Overall, I would recommend this store because of the quality of their products and their excellent customer service.
Beautifully made & an exceptional value.
After having purchased a pair of the Rove Pavilion chairs in Modena Black a year ago, we returned for a pair of the matching ottomans. Beautiful leather that begins a bit more textured and matte, and with time & frequent use acquires a somewhat glossier and equally beautiful patina. The chairs with their ottomans provide very comfortable seating and are quite versatile; we currently have the ottomans paired as an entryway bench, while their chairs are in the living room. Easy to move, handsome from any angle and functional too - these are keepers.
Superb attention to detail and an exceptional value. Two thumbs up.

Tulip Armchair
I bought a replica Tulip Armchair. The 20" high seat is way, way too high to be a comfortable desk chair. I can't believe that Saarinen's original would have been this high. Very unhappy that I purchased it sight unseen.

Wish I could pick up at Vancouver location though. I'd be willing to pay -- delta is far! Looking forward to picking up anyway. Annoying Cookies
Correspondence both by phone and through email was prompt, efficient and curtious. I was bothered by the cookies that the site website left. Ads appeared on my computer for the item I was interested in at a lower price. When I pursued it the ad was in American $ yet never had I been on the American site. I am nervous making such a large purchase on line sight unseen. I would love to post a review once I have received the product in 14 weeks.
