Great company with great quality products
Website has been really slow to respond lately but as a company Rove is great! There quality is amazing for the price point.

Eames Chair Purchase
I shop for quality, and Rove Concepts delivered. I scrutinized other manufacturer's reviews, and Rove won by a sizable margin. I then called Rove before I made the purchase, and was satisfied with the customer service. The chair arrived very well packed and protected, and the driver even carried it to the back and helped unpack for inspection. This was a flawless experience. A business' proven focus on quality will win my business every time. I now feel very confident purchasing other pieces from Rove.
Inconsistent Weave
Ordered 4 Wenger style wishbone chairs. They arrived undamaged. Marked down one star for high shipping costs ($50 per chair).
Marked down another star for two other reasons:
1) The weave of the corded seats is inconsistent. One chair’s weave is clearly much tighter and one chair is noticeably looser. They all sit fine and hopefully the tension will even out over time.
2) The inner surface the curved back is not perfectly smooth, you can feel small higher/lower spots, but nothing drastic and the walnut stain on the chairs appears consistent.
We are hopeful the chairs will work out well.
excellent chair
Rove chair with Ottoman has been an excellent purchase. The quality of the leather is superb and the craftsmanship of the frame is sturdy. Sitting down on it after a long, hard day is worth it!
Stunning!
I love my new pavilion chairs. I purchased in the black palmero leather and couldn't be happier. They go perfect in our midcentury house. The craftsmanship is nice and the leather is so soft. The frame is sexy and I can't stop staring at them. If I were to be picky a couple of the squares don't line up perfectly (1/8" off) but most would not notice. Love!
Good with the bad
The good: Product - The Eiffel chairs and stools are great. Very comfortable and sturdy and simple to put together.
The bad: Service - I have emailed customer service twice saying that I noticed the price of the stools had gone down from what I paid before I'd even received my shipment. I asked if they would price adjust for me (about $100 refund). I never even received a response. I believe service is the number one differentiator.
Ordering
I just ordered my chairs from Rove and although they haven't arrived, the ordering process was simple and customer service was prompt in answering my questions. The sale price on my products was fantastic. I hope the quality meets my expectations.

first time rove customer
I am a new customer. I came into your store to view and purchase 5 chairs. I noticed when I got home that my account was charged for 6 chairs. I called, your staff said they would correct and credit my account within 5 business days. sh*+ happens.

Easy online shopping, good prices
Found this website by accident, definitely had good selection of products and had comparable or better prices than other online websites. Emailed Customer Service once and got a response back right away
Slow website and cumbersome checkout process
Nice products, but the website needs improvement. Slow pages make navigating items tedious, and the checkout process has too many screens.
Incredible Customer Support
I had a long and challenging situation arise with my order - the distributor delivered the wrong product twice, and then delivered a damaged item on the third try. The whole process took over a month.
That said, I was incredibly impressed with the lengths to which the team at Rove went to take care of me. They kept me informed of all updates in a timely manner, and made sure that I ended up with a quality product - in addition to some make-good offerings to compensate me for the headache.
Terrific discovery
I had never heard of Rove Concepts until I did some lengthy survey to find a lucite desk chair. Rove was one of the results and their prices and quality both seemed excellent. The online chat was immediate and very helpful in my finding the right chair. Delivery was exceptional; 4 days! And I received a FedEx update everyday. I will definitely use Rove again, and probably begin my searches at their website to shorten the research!
I love the products, delivery service and speed of website need a little work.
I am an interior Designer in Dallas, Texas and have purchased from Rove several times. Most recently the Tulip table I ordered to be delivered was supposed to come White Glove delivery and set up, but the drivers new nothing of it and I had to beg them to take the table upstairs and unpack it for me. The most recent order for a second tulip table, I signed up for email promotions with a $25 gift/promotional code to be emailed to me but it never came. I placed the order anyway but it should not be offered if it is not going to be delivered. The website most times takes forever to load. Otherwise the product is great and the reason I come back.
Marble Table
Website and delivery was great but the quality of our product is questionable. The first time we used our dining marble table our water glasses left permanent rings on the table. Trying to have someone out to take a look to see if they can be buffed out then re-sealed.
