Great customer service
I experienced wonderful, helpful customer service from the online chat person, and also from the in-store sales person. Very friendly and helpful. I haven't received my order yet (it's only been a couple of days), but thus far I am very happy.

I am thrilled with my white tulip table
My wife and I wanted a Saarinen-inspired tulip table for our new home, and at first we went with another manufacturer because, well, the price was great. As it turns out, the product was not. After the first damaged table from this other manufacturer arrived, we filed a claim and had another delivered. It too arrived in disrepair. Having learned our lesson, we got a refund and bought a tulip table from Rove Concepts. It arrived quickly, and in perfect condition, and it's a fantastic addition to our kitchen. Great product, great customer experience.
Great service and product!
The staff at Rove Concepts Vancouver was really friendly and helpful. They do put customers request at first. Even if their shipping and change policy is a bit strict, they were able to accommodate my changes gracefully. I got my entire living room set from them and will come back for more.

site kept saying that I had entered an incorrect credit card number. Turns out what it should have said was we don't take debit cards. Once I chatted with your representative and entered a credit card all was well.

I was a little worried purchasing chair online however I'm super happy, the chair and ottoman I got is fantastic, soft black leather, nice wood, price was by far better than any other place I seen it, very easy with setting up pick up from the warehouse.

My expensive dinning table arrived damaged, the company corrected it. But delivery was a night mare! White glove delivery turned into black glove delivery. Pilot delivery unprofessional, missed my delivery twice! They give you 5 hours window, and still don't show. 450 for white glove delivery , and it was horrible! When they set up my table, damaged it! So I paid 2400 to have a less than perfect table, not a great deal!
Samples
They are very helpful. However, they don't offer samples of their wood options so I'm quite worried that my chair will come and I wont like the leather/wood combination and I will be left stuck with a chair I don't like. The people that helped me on the web chat were helpful but I don't think they really understood now colours aren't accurate in pictures or on screens compared to real life. I am excited about having the chair but very anxious about seeing how it looks and the quality of the furniture I will receive... something as simple as not liking a colour combination could taint my experience and cause me to go elsewhere for future orders.
DSW Molded Plastic Side Chair
I looked for these all over the internet. I chose to order from Rove Concepts for two reasons: one, the variety of colors and two, because you were upfront with shipping time. To my delight, the chairs were arrived even earlier than estimated. I got them two days after ordering! The quality is what I expected, the colors are vibrant and I am glad I did not pay full price for the originals. I am now ordering another one! Great customer service!

I took a long time to decide but every time I had questions on Chat or phone they went over my options. The online ordering was very straightforward. The people are friendly and helpful.
"Womb Chairs" are wonderful
I was very apprehensive about buying these chairs, but in a moment that I later considered slightly mad I just ordered the chairs, and I am delighted that I did. They are every bit as wonderful as the original albeit a slightly different, but lovely color. We ordered red.

Needs a better shipping company
Dealing with Rove directly was easy, and they were very responsive to emails and questions.
Their shipping company was disappointing.
They brought the chair in on a skid and dropped it in the vestibule of my building (Live on the 15th floor) and I had to ask the diver to take the skid with him. I was left to unpack the chair and take it up to my unit on my own as the box was too big to fit in the door. Driver said they don't deliver to units, only to the front door.
Quick and Easy
Ordered the chair on Tuesday, Picked it up on wednesday at their warehouse. Can't complain. Chair is great and comfortable, but the leather is a bit lighter than I had hoped.

Bought a table here. Easy to navigate the web site and the reviews were very helpful. Shipping is very expensive, but all the reviews are great, so I am hopeful that the product comes as advertised.
2 Egg Chairs please
we purchased 2 Arne Jacobson inspired Egg chairs. We haven't received the chairs yet, but did visit the Vancovuer showroom prior to our purchase. The quality looks great and the tailoring is as close to perfect as you can get. The chairs do sit very upright but that is part of the design. In my opinion, they are best as a design piece rather than an everyday lounge chair. The store showcases many of the famous Mid-Century designed chairs you see in all the magazines. If this is your thing, it's a great web site to check out.
