Great Customer Experience
We just ordered 6 DSW Molded Plastic Side Chairs. While we were considering the purchase I made good use of the Chat feature on the website. We had several questions and the responses were quick and helpful. We were able to take advantage of a sale on the already discounted prices. So far, we have had a great customer experience.

Great products, great customer service
Ordered a saarinen table. Was shipped in a timely manner and shippers were thorough and professional. Table was better than any other replica we have seen. However, there were a couple minor imperfections. We notified Rove and they really worked with us to make things right. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Rove again

Table is beautiful, no issues
I ordered the marble topped tulip table for my kitchen. It's really quite beautiful, exactly what I expected. I opted for the white glove delivery despite the price tag bc I did not want any issues with it breaking. Delivery went fine, delivery guy was very nice. When I had to postpone my delivery, someone from Rove immediately got in touch bc word got back to them that I was trying to cancel - I was able to clear that up quickly, so I was glad they reached out. Would definitely recommend Rove.
Rove Lounge Chair -- perfection!
I ordered the Rove Lounge Chair with slight trepidation since I wasn't able to see it in person and do a sit test. I decided to take a chance and it paid off. The chair is no different than the Herman Miller version. It is incredibly well made and sturdy. The leather, wood and hardware are beautiful and most importantly, it is extremely comfortable. I live in the US, so the only issue was getting my credit card to go through since this is a Canadian company. I finally got it resolved, and customer service on Rove's end was very good. LOVE IT!

Great customer service and a quality product!
We ordered the 52" Tulip table and 4 chairs with leather cushions. One of the chairs had a scratch mark and when I called customer service, they were extremely helpful. After sending them some photos, a new chair was sent out almost immediately and received in perfect condition. I'd pondered ordering this table and chairs online...and now I'm so happy with them that I'm definitely going to be ordering more items from this company, without worry!
Clean website, great options, smooth shopping experience
After some research online for design furniture, I found Rove Concepts to offer really nice clean web shopping experience, very well organized website, competitive pricing (except for that killer S&H fee :( ), and overall really nice execution on the final product. This review is actually after my second purchase on the site, after coming out really satisfied with the first order.
Opinon of shopping experience
I have not gotten the product, but the customer service response with answers to questions was GREAT. Also easy to get fabric samples. All in all, good support for making your decision.
I'm counting on other reviews that the product will be as good as the ordering process.

Saarinen Marble Tulip Table
I just received my 40" round table and I am very happy with the quality. The marble is beautiful. The assembly was easy and it is very sturdy. I am now confident to order 4 Saarinen chairs to go with it!
