Tulip Table and Chairs
Dexter from Pilot Freight Services was great.
Items were delivered in a coordinated fashion and he accommodated our schedule. Table and chairs were easy to assemble and look great in our breakfast area.
We got the 35" table top and two chairs. We are going to order two more chairs, because the table will easily accommodate four chairs.
Nice bookshelf
The Kure Bookshelf is nicely made and very stylish, lots of space for books and decorative items.
We picked the bookshelf from the warehouse and assembled it ourselves, no problems about that at all. I am very happy about the online chat whenever we need help, will definitely buy more items from Rove.

Just placed first order and feel good so far
My husband and I have spent a serious number of hours researching high quality reproductions of mid-century classics. We have young children and want to save money but still wish to enjoy such beautiful pieces as those crafted by Saarinen, Eames and Jacobsen.
Many companies offer reproductions but we felt best about Rove Concepts for three reasons: the amount of detailed information provided on the website about each piece of furniture sold; the reviews on the website and from others we found and read; and Rove customer service is very responsive. We felt good about quality for price and so today ordered six Series 7 dining chairs. They arrive soon and we can't wait.
Problem with White Glove Delivery
If you are including White Glove Delivery with your purchase, when the freight company calls to schedule the delivery, you will need to make sure they know the furniture is to be installed. My delivery guys were instructed to only deliver the table, unpack it, and leave. After a couple calls where they could not get immediate confirmation and my insistence that I had paid for this service, the guys put the table together. I was given a $100 credit to use in the store, but I wish it had gone smoothly from the start - especially when they use the term "white glove delivery".
Excellent customer service and product
My experience with the representatives at Rove Concepts was excellent. I received leather samples in a timely manner and my order, which was in stock, was received within 3 weeks. I am pleased with the quality of the leather and chair construction. I look forward to ordering a second chair in the near future.

Very nice table. Similar look and quality to more expensive alternatives. Marble tabletop looked better than pictured.

Back again...
Shortly after buying a new home I purchase a recliner and coffee table from Rove. I was very satisfied with these items and now, a few months later, have purchased two Barcelona chairs at prices much less than what I saw at a well known furniture store in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. Ironically, it's less costly to have these items shipped from BC to New York than it is to buy locally.

The shopping experience was excellent at Rove Concepts. The selection of materials for my chair was great. The only negative was that the shipping/handling seemed a bit high, but this might be a response to so many sites that have "free shipping" that is built into the cost of the item.
