We bought the Saarinen tulip table and love it in our space. The sales team at Rove was professional and helpful. They were efficient with our over the phone order. The only problem was when the table was delivered, it didn't come with any hardware. We then went over to Rove to get the hardware. When we came home and tried to put the table together only to find that the hardware was incorrect (too long). By that point, Rove had closed so we had to wait until the next day. A bit of a gong show which took a bit away from our excitement of enjoying our new table right away.

Rove's website is clearly laid out and easy to navigate with all the information I needed about the chairs I was looking for. Even better, when I visited the showroom on 7th avenue to test chairs, the associate was kind, helpful and even gave me a swatch to take home! Seeing the colour in my own space made the decision for me.

I saw a high-end reproduction of the Noguchi coffee table on the ROVE website and decided to purchase it. Before making a decision I emailed the Vancouver company asking a few questions about the product and the delivery process. My emails, on all three occasions, were answered promptly, to the point, and in a very welcoming manner. The three month delivery process progressed exactly as forecasted by them and the quality of the product was great - worth waiting for. I definitely recommend this coffee table for anyone looking for a unique piece of furniture without spending a large dollar figure; and, I recommend ROVE for their prompt, helpful communication and welcoming customer service.

I really like the website that allows me to see a photo of the combination of fabric and wood that I select. However, it does not always function and does not function at all for some items . Rove has great follow up on orders.

The product absolutely met my expectations. Shipping was within 2 days of the estimated date - a variance attributable to the shipping company and not Rove Concepts.

Ordered 4 dining room chairs (DSR molded plastic side chair). They were on sale for about 75% of what they cost at other retailers. Customer service and website were excellent. They were delivered in less than a week. And the quality and appearance are superb. Thanks!!

Rove Concepts has beautiful furniture and designs and it was basically love at first sight! Some of their furniture is a little bit on the pricey side but the quality is excellent and if you are patient, there are some amazing sales that they offer! My friend and I bought a pendant light, a side table and a couple of dining chairs from them. Firstly, the quality is sturdy, the finishes are all beautifully done, and the order process was very smooth. We were updated through every step - from getting an email confirming our order, to our shipment information, and when it got to the Warehouse. The Warehouse would always follow up with us to see when we would pick up the orders and were very happy to group all the orders together for our inconvenience. In addition, one of the chairs lacked one felt pad at the bottom. We asked Rove if they could send us one and they responded really fast and were happy to take care of the cost and ship it directly to our apartment. This was a nice change after having frustrations with the CS departments in other furniture stores. All in all, keep doing what you are doing, Rove! You have one happy customer.

Transaction from selecting the chair to making purchase was pretty easy, custom order time was clearly provided. Since I just made purchase there is still more experience to come.
