Great deal on Eames inspired chairs
Looking forwards to receiving my new Eames inspired dining chairs. Solid color selection though I wish shipping wasn't quite so steep but well worth it nonetheless!

Good products!
I was impressed when I visited the showroom before placing an online order. The products present a good quality in general. The only problem that I had relates to the accepted payment methods. I wanted to buy a table using my debit card but this payment method is not accepted. This would not be a major problem for most of the customers but it is just one additional information I am writing here :)

Ordered online - pretty seamless
Ordered online but called in to confirm some product feature details which were not available on the website (e.g. material of the legs of the chairs). No issues ordering but lead time information only shows up after the order is processed and looks to be quite long (up to 14 wks!). Hopefully it won't take that long.
Excellent furniture and delivery
I bought 8 wishbone chairs from rove Concepts and was extremely happy with the product I received and with the customer service. Since I bought the chairs online, I had many questions about whether they were truly made authentically to the original chairs and if the materials were of excellent quality. They carefully researched all of my questions before I purchased and I was very impressed with the chairs when they arrived. They are truly beautifully done and the materials are outstanding.

Very pleased with our Lounge chair, the aniline leather is of very high quality and sets it apart from other replicas I have seen locally in Winnipeg.
Shipping took 2 weeks longer than stated, but overall the lounge chair is excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone else in in the market.

You have to agree that Rove produces incredible products. I recently ordered two pillows and took sweet advantage of the 20% discount. For whatever reason slightly unknown my order didn't go through.
The online chat box came to my rescue and arranged for someone to call me asap. I felt truly valued, (which is a rare experience nowadays). Extra time was spent assuring me that the pillows I chose were right for my decor. I experience top of the line value. What a fabulous all round experience.
