Ordering on the phone was to help with online confusion. But once on the phone the help was first class: clear, straightforward, pleasant. And the voice of my caller could have talked me into doubling my purchase, if she had tried. (But, of course, she was too professional to even think of that.) If the furniture, when it arrives, is as good as the service I have gotten so far, I will be ecstatic.

We ordered 8 dining room chairs. Although we LOVE the product, it took longer than promised to arrive by delivery and we had to contact Rove to check in on where our order was. It seemed their was a miscommunication between the delivery company and Rove. We were given a $100 store credit for the inconvenience which was a kind gesture.

My wife and I ordered a pair of Saarinen side tables to redesign our bedroom as a wedding gift to each other. We ordered white table bases with white marble tops. The first set arrived with damage to both bases much to our disappointment. James at Rove was very understanding and quickly replaced the bases at no further cost to us. The final result is a beautiful and stylish accent to our new bedroom in celebration of our recent marriage. I would highly recommend Rove to anyone seeking an affordable version of classic modern furniture.

I was able to search efficiently for the item I was looking for, took advantage of the 20% sale price on those items and was able to buy the items free of sales tax because of their Canadian location, another 9.5% savings. Great navigation, great product offerings and Id highly recommend.

I went to the Vancouver showroom this morning to buy a chair that I saw on their website. I didn't know that they don't keep stock at that location. One of the customer service representatives was very nice and told me that I could order it online and get 20% off on top of the sale price. I hugged him gratefully :) When I returned home and ordered it online, something went wrong at the last step after entering my credit card number. I called their 1-800 number and was able to complete my order on the phone. The representative on the phone was very professional too. He helped to change my order because I received a $25 off coupon for signing up their newsletter. This is my first time buying anything from this company. I've never heard of them until yesterday :) Overall I had a great shopping experience.

Despite a little snafu with passwords, I am thoroughly pleased with the online shopping experience. The chat assistance was very, very good. I haven't received the product yet but so far, so good!

I was skeptical ordering furniture online as I prefer to see, touch and feel items in person before making a decision. Often times things that looked online turn out to be garbage in person. But we love the original designs that Rove carries and can't really afford the prices as DWR. I found Rove and their reproductions through some researching online. After several email exchanges with customer support (who were both stellar and prompt in their replies even on weekends), my wife and I decided to just go for it. And WOW! When the furniture arrived it far exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish was fantastic. Soft close hinges and drawer slides. Very solid feel from real wood. Expertly packed to protect during transit. Our first order was a test order to see if we liked the quality of the furniture. We're getting ready now to buy several additional pieces and take advantage of the Black Friday sale. You can't go wrong. And if you are uncertain or have questions, just email them.
