This was my first time purchasing from Rove Concepts and I found them to be professional and easy to work with. Great online customer service
Just made my first purchase with Rove. I haven't received the goods yet so this relates only to their pre sales service. I had several chats with their reps via the online chat service and on each occasion they were friendly and able to quickly answer my quite detailed questions. It was clear they had great product knowledge and it's what convinced me to purchase. Looking forward to getting the furniture and hopefully I'll still have a 5 star opinion of this company.

I really like all the items on the site, enjoy the selection very much. Navigating the site is a little tedious with the scroll down, and "load more", if you click on an item and choose to go back to shopping, it takes you back to the top. It's like only thing I'd change. Otherwise, shopping was great!

A Name You Can Trust
As a long-time lover of classic modern furniture I was thrilled when I stumbled upon Rove. I've ordered a couple products (custom Womb Chair and Saarinen dining room chairs) and have been so pleased. I'm a very picky person and have found their items to be of super high quality. While their price may be a little higher than others it is definitely worth it if you want well made, long lasting furniture that's true to the originals. I plan to continue to use them and have recommended them without reservation to others.
Good website. A few quirks.
Overall I had a good experience on the rove website. There are plenty of photo's, information and reviews. I wasn't a fan of the constant chat pop ups. Also didn't like that when I needed to review my order and go back to checkout and enter my information all over again.

Unclear arrival date
Only at check out was there a list of the various steps and a range of weeks for each one - totalling up to 14 weeks until arrival. On your site this is a "pre-order," with a date of 12-10-15. We would like to know when to expect arrival of our Norman stools. The "pre-order date" seemed to indicate arrival before the holidays; now this is not clear. We read of many complaints regarding shipping from Rove Concepts and hope that you will prove them wrong, particularly as your shipping fee is hefty. Looking forward to your response.

After shopping around for quite some time, we stumbled upon Rove Concepts via Google. The company knows what it does, and does it very well. The website was extremely informative and provided great detail about all of the products. I would also suggest interested parties consult Rove Concepts' YouTube channel for even more in depth reviews of their products, which explain the difference in design and quality of materials versus competitors. Rove Concepts is clearly passionate about creating beautiful reproductions of timeless mid century furniture at reasonable prices without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend Rove Concepts and will be shopping with them again and again.
