Fantastic product and service
We ordered a dining table from here a few months ago and are very happy with the quality. It was exactly as expected and delivery was to our apartment. Assembly was a bit challenging but thats because the marble used is very solid and super heavy. We just ordered another item - a lounge chair - during their sale and are looking forward to getting this. We expect this to be as good a quality as the dining table.
Great Quality Wishbone chairs and Saarinen side table
I was a little nervous as I do not purchase on-line much but I was greatly relieved when my order arrived promptly a few days ago. The Saarinen side table is beautiful and my six wishbone dining chairs are excellent quality, much better than I anticipated.

Great Showroom Experience!
We visited the Rove Concept showroom after seeing their advertisement in Canadian House and Home Magazine (displaying the beautiful womb chair). We were looking for a few specific products and we found them all on display; allowing us to experience the fit and feel of each piece. The showroom staff were very knowledgeable without being at all pushy. We also found it very convenient that the showroom is open 7 days a week from 8:30am-4:30pm and that their website is comprehensive and up to date.

Helpful staff
I visited the Vancouver store and had lots of questions; all were answered and staff was patient.
Ordering was easy. I took advantage of sale price and also had a discount coupon from Western Living magazine. I asked if the coupon applied to sale items and was surprised that the answer was, "Yes"!

Purchasing experience
I had a bit of trouble placing an order. My payment option got declined twice before it finally went thru and for some reason although my address reflects a US address the menu would only give me Canadian territory options when picking a territory/state. I have to say it was not the smoothest operation, but I was finally able to place an order and am looking forward to receiving the items.
good price and products but website needs a little work
I love the mid century pieces on the site, bought an Eames chair a while back, pretty happy with it. The site has very good sale, got my Eames side chairs for $79 each, extremely good value but at the end, when I checked out, had to do it several times to finally get to pay, the site keeps saying there is an error. Called the 1-800 with nobody answer. However, I got to order in the end, let's see how the chairs are when they get here but i am optimistic based on my past experience.

By the above I mean that the prompts and other computer responses are a little silly. Actual people are quite good-- knowledgable and most helpful.

The salesperson did not know this product was offered at first, but I could not expect every employee to know the vast number of products sold. She was helpful and friendly.
Great Products, Low Prices
Too many people look down on replica furniture. The funny thing is people like Charles Eames had a mission to make their designs accessible to as many people as possible and that is exactly what Rove does with the highest quality of any of it's competitors. The best for the most for the least!
Our experience with Rove Concepts was great!
When on vacation in Vancouver we had the chance to tour the Rove Concepts store. We were impressed with the design and quality of the furniture as well as the helpful staff.
We were looking for a small chair to use at a desk in our spare bedroom/home office. We ended up purchasing a fiberglass DSW chair (white with walnut legs) and arranged to have it shipped to our home in Winnipeg. The process was flawless, as was the chair! We were very happy with the purchase and look forward to dealing with Rove Concepts in the future.
