I just ordered my first item from Rove, so not yet able to speak directly to the quality of the chaise I bought, but I want to say that the sales staff has been world-class fabulous in responding to any questions I had and providing me all the information I needed to evaluate the various options I was considering. They answered every inquiry promptly and thoroughly; I couldn't have asked for more. Dealing with Rove was the best online shopping experience I've ever had, and probably the easiest and most friendly furniture purchase I've ever made, either online or in-store.

I struggled to change the quantity of items in my cart or remove an item from my cart when on my phone (Android 4.0, Chrome). I am always a little wary of designer knockoffs, but I have read lots of good reviews. I am excited to receive the chairs I ordered.

The service I received at the store and by phone was great, very helpful sales people! One young woman went so far as to bring a counter stool I was interested in to the showroom! The sale price of the item was a plus, not to mention the discount for signing up for the newsletter! My only complaint is that delivery is costly and although items come from a warehouse in Delta, it is very difficult for one without a vehicle to escape this fee. It was mentioned that in the future there will be a warehouse in Vancouver, which will likely cut down the delivery fee, but, that was of no help to me now!

I purchased two Eames molded plywood chairs and two DSW chairs. Both chairs were on sale at an amazing price that couldn't be beat anywhere else. I contacted the store by email a few times asking about a pickup option (which they don't have online) and applying coupon codes. The responses were quite prompt and very professional. I am very impressed with the level of customer service at the store and online. The only complaint I have is that the chairs were all given a further discount 4 days after I paid for them (but did not receive the chairs yet) but the store wouldn't apply the discount to my purchase.

I bought the Saarinen Tulip Side Table with marble top. The 1 month wait was definitely worth it. The quality of this table is immaculate. I went to the Delta warehouse to pick the item up, the staff there was helpful and courteous and even walked me to my car to load the item. The packaging is also very good. I will definitely buy from Rove Concepts again. Thank you.

I compared their products directly to a number of other reproductions, and Rove's products - while slightly more expensive - are much, much better built. Fit, finish, and comfort all substantially superior.

I loved shopping the website, right up until the point where Rove Concepts can't tell me explicitly when my purchases will be delivered. I live in a high-rise that has a requirement that the elevator be reserved for deliveries. Perhaps this will remedy itself as the order updates. I can only hope at this point, and if it does, I'll revisit my review and discuss the delivery process and the quality of the furniture. I can't wait!

I went in looking for an affordable replica of the Eames eiffel chair. The salesperson was knowledgeable and it was a good shopping experience overall, but the white glove shipping option was absurd at $250 for 3 chairs - this more or less cancelled out the sale they were having on the chairs.

I just ordered some Eames replica chairs from Rove. The checkout process was smooth. I will be back to review the chairs once I receive them to discuss shipping quality, shipping time, and quality of the product.

Our 4 chairs just arrived! Hal Chairs. They are beautiful, and comfortable! We absolutely love them.
