I bought 2 wishbone (ash wood with walnut finish). They do looks great. Given the slight imperfections in the craftsmanship (ie stain bubbles and small wood imperfections where two pieces join, black etching on areas of the legs, and the two chairs even not the same size), I was a little disappointed. But for the price and their good services, I do think they were worth it. Will try their leather product, hope could be better.

Got a great price on a great chair. Looking forward to purchasing my next piece with Rove and would recommend this site to anyone.

Well like everyone else who has reviewed their purchase at Rove Concepts I am indeed "in love" with my Lounge Chair. Mine is Vintage Milano Smoke leather with Rosewood Palisander and I am so glad I went with my choice. No, I didn't get a chance to visit Vancouver and check out the samples and no, I didn't go to DWR to sit in their chairs either. I instead studied every site on-line and having had a long standing lust for the HM Eames Lounge chair I went with all the positive reviews and trusted everyone who took the leap. Yes, you can find a reproduction chair for $2000 and it will be everything you hoped for. Might I recommend you don't throw an Australian long haired gray with black tipped sheepskin rug to beautifully accent the piece...unless of course you don't own a cat who will never let you sit there ;)

Staff at Rove Concepts were really helpful. Although the display store is a mess (undergoing renos when asked) the staff knew what they were doing. Not super excited about going to pick up the product in Delta though

My relationship with Rove often feels like a tumultuous love affair. It has many ups and many downs. They can be so friendly and helpful that you wonder why other furniture stores aren't the same way. Other times they ignore you like a spurned lover. Maybe they are introverts and prefer on-line communication to speaking to a real person in store? Hard to say. On the plus side, their products are fantastic. Nothing I have purchased from them has disappointed me. Further, they do make an honest attempt to fix any issues that come up. To that end, I'm not ready to break up with Rove quite yet.

I haven't received my items yet, I'll review each item upon receipt but the entire process has been amazing and the customer service (I spoke to Elly) has been incredjble

There are huge holes in customer service, but the quality of product softens the blow. Not amazing service, but the product is top level. All in all, well worth the price. Nothing is perfect in life, but the rove product quality evens any issues out.

We were very happy with the service we received at Rove Concepts as we visited the store.The salespeople were were very helpful, knowledgeable , and accommodating Although there were no samples of the Arne Jacobsen chairs on the floor we felt confident that we could purchase the chairs we selected .
