I was ready to purchase a Wassily chair at a competing website when I came across Rove Concepts who had at one third the price. Their service is excellent and I am really looking forward to receiving my custom made chair.

Loved a table at Rove Concepts and ordering was SO easy. Just sorry I waited so long as I wanted 2 but at the sale price they went quick!! Love the products!!

After reading the reviews for the lounge chairs fabricated by Rove concepts I decided to buy the chair with less hesitation. The chair and the ottoman arrived three weeks later to my address in USA. They arrived in a heavy duty card box with bubble wrap so secure you could not move the pieces inside the box once I broke the seal. (I have to cut the box to take the chair and ottoman out). The chair came assembled and it is beautiful, gorgeous no scratches,the classic leather is what I was looking for its softness and finishing. I am seating on it while writing my review and I am so happy, it is less expensive than the original but this copy is my original. :) I am buying more from Rove Concepts. The quality of the chair is unbelievable!

I wanted an Eames replica like the ones my grandpa used to sit in all the time. He passed away last year, just as I was buying a home, and I thought it would be lovely to have something that would remind me of him and that I could sit in and think of him every day. I did a lot of internet research and the consensus usually fell into two camps 1. save up for the real deal (way out of my budget) 2. go with Rove over the other replica dealers. I was very nervous about spending so much money on a piece of furniture, which I'd never even sat on before deciding to buy it. But I'm glad I took the chance on Rove! The only downside was that I ordered a custom color to match the chairs he used to have, so it took several months of waiting to make the chair in my specific color... Waiting all that time made me even more nervous, but it was worth the wait! Everyone loves the chair, and I love it so much I was not afraid to go ahead and purchase a Barcelona chair from Rove in the same leather to match my "grandpa" Eames chair. The leather I picked to match his old chairs is called Palermo Caramel and it is "like BUTTAH"! The Barcelona chair will commemorate my grandma who passed away less than a year after my grandpa. Almost 68 years together, they were inseparable, and they traveled the world holding hands all the way.

We discovered Rove Concepts by googling "mid century modern Vancouver" after having shopped several Vancouver furniture stores (West Elm, Attic Treasures, Mobler, Moe's, Crate and Barrel, CB2, etc) for a new media console. We were greeted an associate on the Rove website, who answered our shipping questions quickly. We were immediately impressed by the sale. Rove furniture is very high quality, and normally out of our price bracket, so we were thrilled to discover such significant savings. Most of the promotions we've encountered haven't offered enough value to influence our purchasing decision. We visited the showroom, and the salesperson was friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to observe the quality of the products, and placed an order for the console with the representative, who, again, was informative and helpful. We are more than satisfied with the experience, and are currently shopping for more Rove pieces for our new apartment!

Great furniture! I love the pieces that i purchased, you can tell it's very well made ...Except the nails!!!BEWARE!!!The nails that came with my dining table were made of very poor materials. Two of them snapped and i had to do a lot more work than required to complete the table...it made my experience less than satisfactory.

Had an unsual situation where a womb chair was delivered with some unsual staining and very late; the regular Customer Service representative did not believe my claim about the staining; had to submit many pictures; had two weeks of difficult correspondence and telephone calls; was finally resolved very satisfactorily. Would recommend working directly with Melanie. Chair was the color as sold and it is comfortable.

I have been very pleased with the entire process through rove concepts. I ordered 6 dinning chairs and a lounge chair and communication was clear and consistent throughout the delivery process. The quality and condition of everything delivered was perfect. I would certainly recommend Rove concepts to anyone in the market. While furnishing my house, I simultaneously ordered 2 occasional chairs from Zuffa Home... I have yet to receive my order and communications have been based only on my inquiry. (Expected delivery was 30 days ago). So as I look to finish my space with a coffee table, I know I can trust the service from Rove which has clearly won my future business.

I was impressed with the cordiality of the reps (agents) with whom I spoke and appreciated the fact that they were careful to let me know that my order would take some time to arrive. Your guarantee of quality was the reason I was willing to spend a bit more and chose to buy at Rove Concepts.

I ordered the eames lounger and it's here and I like it but the shipping service sucked.
