Great Design
I'm happy with my sofa, and love the design. One thing to keep in mind is that for the Loren sofa, the cushions have velcro underneath so that you cannot turn them over.
Good quality
We recently purchased a TV stand from Rove Concept and are very satisfied with the quality of the product.
excited but now disappointed
I have ordered from Rove before and was very happy with my experience. Unfortunately this time, there was an issue where after two weeks of waiting for a tracking number after getting notification that my order had shipped, I called the company to find that my order had:
1) Never been picked up from the warehouse
2) Part of my order was missing
3) That part that was missing was never to be found again and I could never get it because it was discontinued
4) No notification was made to inform me of this
It was disappointing and the only condolence I got was $50 off my shipping and a refund for the missing furniture. The experience left me quite frustrated, especially after my previous experience and future plans to be a repeat customer. I expected more. At least the stuff I got was nice, but I don't understand why a fault in their system lead to this mistake and why very little was done to try and fix it except for a sweep of their warehouse to try and locate my missing items.
Good quality, long shipping
Quality of the product is very good, very sturdy. Packaging was strong, no scratches whatsoever.
Only downside is it took more than 3 weeks but luckily we were not in a hurry.

total satisfaction
I have waited to write this review, its been 5 years since I purchased ny white Barcelona chairs/ottomans and a white leather Florence Knoll repo loveseat. They still look like brand new, despite children and heavy use. The leather has cleaned beautifully and my whole set looks as though it just came from the store.
I would highly recommend this store, Rove's products are well made, beautiful to look at and are sure to ellicit compliments from your family and friends. Rove has great customer service and has proven to be an outstanding corporate sponsor for its chosen charities.
In our time of internet, impersonal and often unreliable purchasing, i recommend that shopping with Rove will be a pleasant and highly satisfying experience. Try them!

Great customer service and product line
We have ordered a sofa from Rove concepts (have not received it yet) but we are very happy with the customer service, savings and hopefully the quality of the product.
Amazing Sectional
We recently updated our living room and one of our priorities was getting a new sectional. The Luca Sectional blew us away! It's got a cool mid-century feel to it and it super high quality. It is certainly the staple piece in our living room that we were looking for.

Not flixable when it cones to customer service
I had wrong color of chairs delivered to me due to the very unfriendly website. No return credit was granted.

I am often weary of purchasing items online so having the show room was of great benefit to actually see the furniture in person. I was also very happy of the option to "pick-up" the item at the warehouse rather than paying the shipping fee. Would definitely purchase from Rove again...

Experience was great! The lady that helped us was awesome and very informative. Only call out is that there were a lot of employees in the store setting something up and it was hard to tell who was working and could help us and who wasn't.
Very good quality product
Bought my tulip coffee table from Rove Concepts. The packaging was excellent. It came in a very padded wooden box. Easy order and pickup. The quality of the coffee table is excellent. Just wish the table is a little longer.
