DSW Counter Stools
I recently purchased three DSW Counter Stools in Baby Blue. Like previous reviewer, I also live in Washington State and wanted delivery to the Ferndale, Washington warehouse to avoid sales tax and shipping expense. It was not possible to make this selection online and I had to call customer service, which quickly corrected the order. Order was delivered to the warehouse within five days when I called to confirm they had the order. I picked up the stools at the warehouse and it was seamless and quick. I don't know if the warehouse would have called me, so plan to make contact as directed by Rove.
The three stools arrived in two separate boxes. I was told they normally ship two stools in each box. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of pre-assembly and only had to remove the protective plastic and attached the seat with four bolt/washer assemblies. I quickly learned it was easiest to install the seat to legs by turning the seat upside down and then installing the bolt/washer assembly. Clear instruction and an Allen wrench were provided.
The color of the blue chair was well represented on the website and wood legs appear to be of good quality. I have original Herman Miller DSW Eiffel chairs and while I don't normally buy knockoffs, the feel of these stools is almost identical to the original Eames design. I doubt they will be as durable as an original but at this price I believe they are a very good value.
Many great items and some good prices
Rove looks to have some very high quality products available. I have just ordered some chairs that I hope will be the first of a number of orders needed to decorate a new house. Prices are reasonable, not many absolute bargains but certainly good for the quality.

Helpful Sales Reps
Overall transaction was smooth. I had a question about pick-up for my order and the customer service reps were very responsive and patient with all my questions. The option to pick-up in Washington instead of crossing the boarder is a huge plus since I live in WA state. There were some initial confusion regarding pick-up location as their auto confirm email makes it seem like pick-up would be in BC warehouse, however, the reps explained and clarified that it would be in fact in WA state warehouse. If the web end can work on creating an option selection for pick-up location during check out, that would be helpful for future customers as it could create confusion for US orders.
This review is for the ordering process only as I have not picked up the furniture pieces yet.

The website ordering was somewhat easy, but there were a few glitches and hiccups that made it a little frustrating. (i.e. it only offered canadian provinces when i chose US/states).

Overall Rove concept has good products, the only thing is their quality check that needs to improve. Received items that was damaged inside on the box.

Product -- great. Delivery -- too many phone calls. Had to arrange to pick it up myself. More time-consuming, but nice people at the terminal depot.

Went to showroom after seeing online. Nice selection. Ordered three counter stools and picked them up from warehouse. Nice stools, we're happy. Small scratch on one but I couldn't be bothered doing anything about it so still 4/5.
Great furniture
Furniture look and quality are fantastic, though prices are a bit steep. I gave only 4 out of 5 as one of the chairs we purchased was quite tipsy. However, customer service was great, quick to reply and we expect our replacement legs soon. Also wish the pick up option was at a more central location.
