Wishbone chairs
Great value for money on the chairs and excellent customer service. One of the chairs we received was not in the finishes we ordered, and the mistake was corrected very quickly. Everyone I dealt with at Rove Concepts was very professional. They even took care of all the paperwork for us and the exchange for the chair was done very quickly.
Bar Stools
I ordered 3 yellow bar stools and they arrived quickly and are just beautiful. Better quality than I expected. Will even order one more now that I see how nice they are. I had to put them together myself which was not too difficult.
The quality of furniture is incredible and the customer service has always been top notch. The representatives go above and beyond every time in my experience.

Excellent Design
I am very happy with my Rove Concepts order. Compared to other mid-century reproduction companies, the quality of their products are much better.
Love our new dining room!
We recently ordered the Marcus dining table, molded plastic side chairs, and matching counter stools. We couldn't be happier. They were easy to put together and when the chairs arrived with one set of screws missing, Rove immediately sent out an extra set for us with no issue. The items are all exactly as described on the website, durable, and easy to keep clean. We'd recommend to anyone and are even planning to order two more chairs so that we can invite more friends and family over to enjoy our new set up!
Reasonable price for what we ordered
The web servers were very slow so I called to obtain information about the product. The sales rep was both courteous and very helpful in answering my questions She gave me the additional information I needed and then took the order over the phone. The only frustrating part was the slow performance on the web site, a problem that was being addressed even as I was placing my order.

I ordered 6 dining chairs, and love them. Great design and solid! The delivery was also on time and easy. You get a notification and set the date when you're available to receive them.
Smooth and Easy
So far so good. From chatting online with a rep about a sectional I was interested in to going into the showroom and finalizing my choice, it has been an enjoyable and stress free experience.

Well we just placed our order so we are new at this. To date they have been very helpful and informative. They seem to place a lot of value on coustomers service. Great follow up and the samples they sent arrive in a mater of a few days. They seem to offer a product that is worth the extra cost over their competitors and it is in the detail and quality. We will see if we are correct when the Womb Chair arrives.
Good products, okay process
Shipping is high, which makes sense if its coming from overseas, but if you are marketing mostly to North American clientele, it might be a good idea to get a local distribution center here and hold a lot of the products here the save the customers money.. The prices for the overall products are fair, assuming they are of the quality they appear to be. All in all, we are really excited to get everything and see.

Beautiful, fairly-priced home goods
I was looking for a more unique desk lamp and stumbled upon Rove. The site is lovely and keen on design. There are so many lovely items and the financing options for larger pieces of furniture are awesome.

Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. One of the 6 DSW chairs I purchased had a small manufacturing defect. The warranty claims process was easy and my replacement seat arrived within a week. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Good Experience
The website is easy to browse and the purchase I made was easy, I will say I feel that the shipping is SUPER expensive considering I spent over $1000. That needs to be changed.
