We have ordered four Saarinen tulip chairs and a matching round Saarinen dining table. The price was right, and I was generally very pleased with these exceptional pieces of furniture. The well built chairs - featuring sturdy aluminum bases as opposed to the more common fibreglass (or plastic) - even swivel (which is a big plus)! During assembly, I had to do a bit of tweaking on one of the chairs, but it took just a few extra minutes - which is nothing comparing how much value these beautiful products possess, and how long they should last. For the same reason - and considering the availability of these very unique items in the first place -, I did not mind at all to wait at all for the shipment for a couple of weeks, either. The sale staff was always cooperative as well. So my overall experience with Rove Concepts - their product selection and customer service - is positive.

I called and spoke with Elly. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made my ordering of a marble table very easy, and took the time to explain that the table would be sent in two parts and because it is marble would be very heavy. She gave me shipment options and advised of the timeline I need to report any damages. Her efficiency and professionalism were outstanding and I believe I will be doing more business with Rove in the future.

We ordered the Marcus Table from Rove Concepts. After placing the order, we decided we wanted to add 6 of the Kapser Dining Chairs to go along with it. I was able to chat with a representative on Sunday afternoon and she got the chairs added to the same order so there was no shipping costs. The customer service was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. When the products arrived, the quality is outstanding. The chairs go great with the table, the tops of the chairs stick up about an inch or two above the table. The powder coat finish on the table is clean, smooth, and easy to clean. The wood is beautiful and obviously of very high quality - the table is quite sturdy.. The lines are great - overall very high quality and I would recommend Rove Concepts.
