Online shopping experience is just ok - and two weeks for local pickup?!
Haven't received the product yet so this is just a review of the shopping experience. Had to switch to Internet Explorer because search function and checkout didn't work on Chrome. Then I didn't see the "customer pickup" option for shipping because it only shows up after you type your address in (why would they set it up like that?). Fortunately one of their live chat agents told me that, so I didn't have to call to find out. Then I place the order and find out it takes *two weeks* for them to ship an item from Washington state to Delta, BC. Kind of disappointed so far but the price is good and (hopefully) the quality will be too so that may make up for the not-so-pleasant online shopping experience and long wait time.

I love the variety , quality and prices of the products. I struggled with the web site functionality - I could not execute my transaction in Firefox. It was a frustrating part of the otherwise great user experience.

The 1-800 representative was so polite. The representative described the chairs I was ordering so well I felt confident in ordering them since they were on sale and a final sale. Great product, but overpriced delivery fees
I am impressed with the quality of the products at Rove, and the service was great. However, $200 to deliver a product to my home that costs over $1000 is a bit rich, especially since the pick up location is so far from the city.

I ordered 6 DSW Molded Plastic ide Chairs with wooden dowel base. They arrived six days later. They were well-packed, easy to assemble and of excellent quality. I couldn't be happier - in fact, I plan to order two more.

Beautiful Stools and Fair Customer Service Resolving Defective Frame
One of my 3 LEM Piston Stools arrived with a gap between the frame and the leather seat and I was unable to get a replacement because they had gone on clearance and ran out of stock. I was very nervous about dealing with customer service to resolve this issue since the shipping is so expensive and their return policy is very strict but they ended up giving me a full refund for the defective stool and let me keep it. Ever since that stool became free it was a little less defective in my mind and overall I’m very happy with the quality and style of the stools.

A great offering but wish they had a more extensive Quick Ship program
Good customer service, great products but I wish they had a more extended "quick ship" offer/program and less long lead times. 14 weeks is in the same realm as Italian design which is not the case here. Their prices are also on average more expensive than most of their US competitors but their do have a more extensive fabric base. I'll see if the finish is worthy of the extra $ and waiting time.

From helping me choose the right fabric for my Womb-like chair to delivery time as I was told everything was perfect. The chair is beautiful, it's what my husband wanted. My sister has 2 womb chairs--the authentic. This is no different but a half an inch somewhere Great experience. We wouldn't hesitate choosing ROVE Concepts again.
Awesome service, furniture and great design
I bought the 40 inch Saarinen tulip table. Super excited and love the look and quality of build.

Although the site says in stock, in fact the item I ordered has to be shipped from the US to the Delta BC warehouse, meaning an apparent minimum of a two week wait, which seems excessive given that you can order on-line from the US and get same week delivery. The rest of the process was smooth.

I was referred to Rove by a friend. The web site was very informative. I then went to the showroom to have a look at some of the pieces I was interested in, and placed my order there. About 10 days later I received a call from the warehouse, and picked it up the next day. Smooth and efficient from start to finish!
