I went to the store on Oak/7th and the staff were, actually, surprisingly helpful - I wish I remembered their names. So I ordered with them and decided to go pick up my chair from the warehouse in Delta. That was a bad idea. Just let them deliver your order to you - it's not worth going out there, unless you're looking for an excuse to get out there. Also, spend the money to get the better fabric (cashmere) - even though it's a copy, you'll have it for a while (not forever, but a while) so don't cheap out.

We had a good experience with Rove Concepts. The ordering process was easy and quick, and the delivery personnel were professional and prompt. The furniture met our expectations based on what we saw online. Though it needs to be assembled, it is sturdy. The one small drawback were the "faux-wood" stickers intended to cover the bolts/connectors on the bookcase. It makes it look a little cheap. But other than that, we are pleased with our purchases.

I have ordered from Rove Concepts several times. Each time, the sales reps have been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The furniture I have received all seems to be of high quality, and I am pleased with the overall aesthetic. Couple of downfalls of ordering with Rove: - I have had multiple negative experiences with their third party delivery companies. - The return policy is incredibly harsh. I ordered one chair and decided that I wanted to get six of them in a different color. To exchange the original chair, there was a 15% restocking fee + no refund on the original shipping (to be expected) + buyer-covered shipping. By the time I return this chair, I might as well have kept it!

Very good experience. My only issue was with support. Asked a question via email after not getting through to live chat and got no response. Finally got system to respond appropriately after several more attempts, so solved my own problem. Only other suggestion would be to have pictures of other selections when changing color choices, etc. I chose a white marble table as opposed to pictured choice, but have not seen a finished product picture.

I would highly recommend ordering many swatches prior to ordering furniture and making sure buyers are aware that there will be a discrepency between the color on their computer screen and the color of the actual fabric. Thanks!

I love my chair, enjoyed my Rove experience, the delivery however, not great. I had confirmation of arrival on a set date, called to confirm again, only to be snarked at to say yes of course the item was out for delivery. Called again as it approached the end of the window, to be told the item had already been delivered - it had not. Turned out the chair was still sitting on the dock. I will say however, after the initial issue, the second attempt at delivery was wonderful. Chair is wonderful, soft and looks great in my studio apartment.

Having entered all my payment details on the website, it suddenly told me my shopping cart was empty. I ended up having to phone to complete the order, which was a smooth and helpful experience.

The beautiful "Tulip" table arrived on schedule and in perfect shape. The white glove delivery worked great. Thanks, we are thrilled.
