Purchase process was very easy. However, I am a little disappointed with their return policy. Number of online vendors are offering free returns (for anything from 30 to 365 days), without paying any restocking fees. Rove seems to be the exception here. Havent received my purchase yet, and hopefully wont have to return it, but it made it a lot harder to commit to making a big purchase...and we are just left hoping it works out.

I've lusted after an Eames-style lounge chair for a long time and finally decided to buy one and after studying reviews, chose Rove. The chair is beautiful and so very comfortable and appears to be quite well made. The leather--Milano Smoke--is sensuously soft and the color is rich (very unlike the sample that arrived after i placed the order, which was cracked and hard, more like cheap vinyl than 'real' leather). The chair arrived on the scheduled day and within the scheduled time frame in a huge box (chair AND ottoman!!); i happened to be outside the house chatting with a neighbor when the truck pulled up and one guy hopped out to make the delivery. I greeted him and told him he could put the box inside the front door; he said he 'wasn't allowed in the house,' and that his job required him only to deliver to the front door, no further. Since the box wouldn't fit through the door, my neighbor and i had to unbox it on the front stoop and gently jockey it through the door. Good thing it wasn't a sofa!! All's well that ends well, though; but what if i hadn't been home? What if i'd been doing laundry and didn't hear the doorbell? What if it had been raining or snowing? After paying $250 for shipping, i think that delivery should include bringing the item into the house as well as removal of packing materials, and that cost Rove one star. I was tempted to dock them 2 stars, but the beauty of the chair earned them back that one.

This is my second purchase with Rove Concepts. Both times I received excellent customer service. For the first order I received Wishbone Chairs. I was pretty pleased with the chairs. I picked them up at the Ferndale, WA location and so was able to cut out delivery fees.

We ordered Barcelona chairs , it arrived in 5 days and was excellent quality . Highly recommend Rove concepts

I purchased the wishbone chairs on sale for my dining room in December and am extremely happy with the quality and price. I opted for the free customer pickup instead of delivery since I live in the lower mainland and was able to pick up my chairs within a couple of weeks. I recently purchased another chair during the summer sale with my black friday gift card i received with my past purchase so have another chair at an incredible price. I would purchase other items an definitely recommend looking for summer/winter sales.

Like the design simple and trendy! Showroom decoration bright and comfy. Overall shopping experience nice except the standard carrier charge too high at $199!!!

There are just a few products but many variations and I would prefer that a product be listed just once with an indication that there are choices to follow… the coloured fabric dots etc. do that on the site but don't list every variation please! There are also a number of discount coupons available and it was a little confusing in that respect. It might be an idea just to list them in a sidebar so that I don't have to scroll all over the place to find them. Honestly, if you're going to offer a coupon then you should expect people to use it and not make it difficult. I think the products look terrific and am interested to see the "real thing." It's great to support a Canadian company. Customer service "chat" were terrific online - very helpful.

Emma was fantastic. Very helpful and provided quotes in a timely manner. When we went to purchase, she even told us that there was a sale on and we got the item for cheaper!
