Everything about researching furniture and completing my purchase on the Rove website was great and easy. I even had a very helpful pop-up chat that explained why certain items were in stock, and price differences. And the chair itself is great. Delivery with Ceva Logistics was a disaster. After seeing that my chair had shipped ten days earlier but I hadn't been contacted for delivery, I checked Ceva's website, which noted they'd "called me twice and left voicemails" which was completely untrue. When I finally called them, they scheduled the delivery and told me they'd send me an email confirmation (they didn't). But the chair finally arrived and the delivery guy was great, just a long delay for no reason.

I am very impressed with your customer service. Follow up has been excellent. What I perceived as a defect could easily be cleaned with the Mr. Clean sponge. The tulip table (marble) has a small chip in the pedestal that I'm certain can be easily repaired. The quality of the merchandise is quite impressive. Rove has high standards. I will be back for future purchases. I almost didn't purchase these pieces, as timing was an issue, and charging a fee for storage was a turn off for me. Other online stores make purchasing much easier. Shipping is typically free and there is no storage fee.

Over the course of two days, I communicated with three representatives, via chat, email, and phone. All of my questions were answered knowledgeably, patiently, and comprehensively. When a representative was unsure of the answer, time was taken to check with others to obtain the correct answer. Since I was unable to visit the showroom in person because of distance, the level of attention inspired confidence. I ordered two Rove Lounge Chairs and Ottomans, which are expected to be delivered by the end of his month. If they live up to the descriptions and photographs, I expect to be very happy with them. I'm sorry to learn that Rove is discontinuing this item, but in a way it's reassuring to know that they did it because their supplier changed an item of hardware and Rove did not feel that it met their standard of performance. I'm very happy with my sales experience. I'm looking forward to receiving my chairs to see if my experience with the product is equally as good.

I have been watching for this sale to come around again and because of Rove Concepts timely emails, the purchase has been made. My October birthday gift may be a few months early this year but life is short!
